So 3 days later the tv went down $200 and I can't get the refund. All the employees at the Maple Grove store and managers we're all apologies but they can't help, it is a corporate policy. So this is a warning to everyone, be aware of who you buy from on the Best Buy app.

Currently I'm waiting for them to see if they have the iPhone 11x in my size. I think they should let me know instead of making me sit and wait.
