At that time we…read moreadded the liquid glass protectors to both phones at around $70.00 each and were instructed by the person that we were dealing with to leave the registration card with her so they would be kept on file at the store. Later on, both of our screens were damaged. We went to the store to check on our warranty only to find out that they had no record of us purchasing the warranties. Luckily for us, my wife kept all of our paper work, receipts and even the boxes that the liquid glass came in. The person we spoke with said that the store had been experiencing problems and that he had been sent there to straighten things out. After showing him all of our paper work , including the boxes, he agreed that we had purchased the warranties. Though we have been down there and called several times we still don't have the warranty or our money back. Each time we spoke with him on the phone or in person, he said he would look into and call us back, so far that hasn't happened. I don't know about you but $140.00 for two warranties that we can't use is bad business. Use them if you want too but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
