I told him that I wasn't sure on the model and he told me that I could agree on placing a credit card to secure the "Boat Show Pricing". Giving me 2 weeks to decide. I agreed and on Monday got in touch with Michael. After some emails with Michael( he was great cant complaint) we agreed on the devices and the quote. The order was confirmed on Nov. 5, 2025. Michael told me that the order was placed and once they receive it, they will charge the credit card and ship item(that should had been the first flag). On Nov 20. 2025, Michael sends me an email stating that the order was completed and will be ship in the afternoon. That I will get a tracking number. I got charged the cost on my credit card. Up to this point, everything is going fine. Other than needed to wait two weeks to get the items "Shipped". On Nov. 26 2025, I sent an email to Michael asking for status because I haven't receive the items ordered or even a tracking number. To my surprise, Michael sent me an email stating that "Navico" informed them that the items wont be available until the end of June 2026. Of course, sent me other models with jacked prices. I ask, what happen. The order was charged and scheduled to deliver. His response was: "It has taken us a few days to get an update on the NSX3009 bundle package from Navico. Their update is these are not going to be in stock with them to ship until the end of June 2026." I cant believe that GPS Store been such a high volume store of marine electronics, they will make this statement. I believe the issue was that someone made a mistake in the quote and GPS Store didn't want to commit to the agreed price. Specially, when you go to their site and the system shows "IN STOCK" but at a higher price. They quickly returned the charges to my credit card. Odd! Looks like I am not the only one that was suffer the same fate.

These are the problems we incurred. 1. Never on time 2. Initially tried to put 1 of the 10 cameras we bought in with a minimal slight crack in the glass which I noticed that day when I was inspecting his work. I called him and told him and yes he did replace it with a smaller camera that isn't the same as the other 9 It works the same answer as well but it was probably a cheaper one than the one I had paid for. 3. My wife and I also bought a vera management tool for our vacation rentals 15 of them. he installed hasn't ever worked properly. HE WOULD NOT COME BACK TO WORK OUT THE KINKS IN IT. 4. My camera system was viewable from my phone for about a week then crashed. He blamed it on our security for our computers. would not come back. 5. my son spilled chocolate milk on our amplifier for our surround sound and when I called him about it he said that it was unfixable and that I would have to order another one so I then instructed him to order me another one which came out to be about $500 on the day that he was going to install it he called me on the way and asked what I was going to do with the other one and I said will probably throw it away he then offered me $180 credit on the new one to keep my old one now why would you want to buy something that is not fixable if it really is not fixable so I told him I did not want to buy his new receiver and he told me that I would have to pay the restocking fee I told him to go jump in a river unfortunately we had made the mistake of paying him in advance I HIGHLY would not recommend using him for anything unless you want to get ripped off. Hired another company to come and complete the job it ended up costing us another $500 to have the stuff finished he never came back to do. The guy who came back to finish the work said that this was not the first time that he had had to clean up oneof Thomas Hills messes. BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU GO WITH HIM

    I recently took my vehicle in to have a Viper Remote Start installed. I dropped my vehicle off…read moreearly in the morning and was told it would take approximately 4-6 hours. Upon entering the facility, It seemed as if I had walked into a verbal lashing being dealt to employees from what seemed to be the store owner. I would have to say that the customer service department could use some help. Later in the afternoon I received a call that the employee installing the system went home sick and the installation was incomplete. I dropped off the vehicle again the following day for the installation to be completed. When I got the car back, there were two OBVIOUS scratches above the tire well on the drivers side, greasy hand prints all over the hood and side of the vehicle where the scratches were. When I brought these issues up to the owner, he became very defensive and did not want to acknowledge that the damage was done by their staff. Also, they switched the fog light and vehicle traction control wiring which I had to get fixed when I got the vehicle back home. Being in the customer service industry myself, I would not advise any friends or family to spend their hard earned money at this place of business. Some things to remember when in your line of business...The high cost of poor customer service ! * Loyal customers are cheaper to retain *Bad customer service spreads like wildfire *Great service impacts the bottom line This was my first and last time doing business with Audio Rhythms.
