There were plenty of employees nearby if I needed help. It was a work day and they were steady but not slammed so it was just right traffic wise for me to stroll and be unbothered. Aisles were clean and I was surprised at how well recovered they were. That said, when I came to checkout two employees were talking and the cashier was less than warm when I walked up and didn't greet me. It took me talking and joking to get a jovial engagement from him. That said, I've worked retail and understand how the holidays are so he gets a pass. And he was very considerate of my products being bagged and logical (bagging bird seed if it busted, etc). Overall, the usual high end consumer experience I've come to expect from Target but just in Myrtle Beach compared to Wilmington where I normally go.

My mom and I then looked around the store, at the clothes, and she picked out some of them to try on at home. Womens section seemed a bit small, but perhaps is set up differently than what I am used to. We also went to the grocery section and brought 2 for 7 salads, worcheshire sauce, good and gather salsa, another medium salsa, some good and gather cheese. We also got birds eyes vegetables 3 for 7! Going back a few months ago I woke up to find I lost my iPhone the night before!!! It was practically new, I had no insurance on it... I didn't find all that out until the day after I lost it! Needless to say, I was devastated!!!!!! My cell phone is my life / brain!!! Without it, I had no access to any contacts, family or friends. Fast Forward.... My iphone just recently was found & it was not working!! I got in touch with a couple of other phone repair companies locally that told me there was no hope for my iphone they couldn't fix it & that I would have to buy a new one. Well Thursday I saw an add on Facebook MarketPlace for "Jeff-Tronics" in Conway. I sent them a text, they replied promptly to my messages got me in early the very next morning and they fixed it while I waited and didnt charge me an arm and a leg!!!!! The guys stood behind everything they recommended, gave me a secure feeling that the products I was choosing would do what they said they would do. And then there's the install team... FANTASTIC. No messing around, right down to business, efficient, professional and clearly masters of their craft. Zero mess, zero issues with the equipment, and they took all of the time needed for me to be comfortable with operating things after they walked out the door. It was also important that I was happy with the system after living with it for a week. And pricing?? While I wasn't price shopping by any means... I wanted the good stuff and was fine paying to get it... but prices were well within line of any high-volume chain or internet shop. Today, Bev, and I went back to Best Buy and they had the same issue with scrolling. The manager said I could get one from the open box /sale/display items to trade. They did not have any so he said to get a new one around that price. I was beyond thrilled to see Best Buy stand behind their product. The Apple iPad is great. Belinda was the sales lady that helped me yesterday when I picked up the item. She is so friendly ,professional, kind and understanding. She was fabulous and knowledgeable. It made picking up the item a joy. Today when I was bringing the iPad back Belinda was at the front door welcoming people in. She smiled big and called me by name. BJs does carry different brands which is a nice change of pace and of course they have their own label of products. So, why am I not thrilled about BJs? Customer service is poor. Usually only one person at the front desk and there is always others waiting in line. Want to ask a question of someone in frozen foods? Staples? Dairy? Something is out of stock and you want a rain check? Good luck. The only people you can usually find is someone in the meat department, bakery and of course deli. What a real checkout person, on my last visit this week, nope. Only lines open are self checkout and you can also express checkout using their app and your phone. And those robots constantly beeping and driving around the aisles for inventory. Do you see those at the competition? They are annoying and get in the way. Why don't you take inventory with them at night? Overall not impressed with their model and I really haven't seen a huge price difference between them and the others on major items. If it wasn't for the Deli I would have given them 2 stars, especially because of their lack of customer service.
