I emailed them my request…read morefor what I was looking to have done, which was a full replacement of my stock stereo in my 2013 GMC Sierra X-cab. First things first, Rommel (the owner) replied to my email in less than two hours! That's good customer service in my book and they displayed this throughout the entire process. Since I had been out of the custom stereo world for a few years, I was curious as to what new technology and sound was out there. Rommel suggested two options. The first was Digital Design and the other was Hybrid Audio Technologies. Both were new names to me. I researched them both and they both had very good reviews themselves! I decided on Hybrid Audio and had new speakers installed throughout (front & rear doors, front tweeters and two 12" subs under my rear seat, all powered by a Helix G Five 5 channel amp. I also purchased a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX head unit. Now, I've yet to check out all that the Pioneer head unit is capable of, but zero complaints so far. Lastly, I had sound deadener installed in the front doors upon Rommel's advice, no regrets at all on that, it sounds amazing! Ok, the verdict...ladies and gentlemen, this set up F@#$ING ROCKS! It's clarity was the first thing I noticed. It's a very clean sound, with great middle base (especially for what I mostly listen to: new rock, classic rock and metal). The two 12"s have PLENTY of bump as well. They hit very nice lows for that classic R&B and Hip Hop (N.W.A., Rob Base, Biggie, Tupac), yeah I'm old and that shiz jams! Ok, you're wondering if I had any issues, and yes I did. First, my reverse warnings beeps were almost inaudible after the install. They fixed that in minutes. Secondly, the steering wheel controls weren't transitioning from preset to preset correctly. Turns out this is an issue with SiriusXM only and not too big of an issue anyway. Lastly, although it was loud, I wanted it louder. I primarily listen to SiriusXM, and as it turns out, there was a setting within that had to be adjusted to make it louder. Everything else, CD, FM radio was already plenty loud! Rommel and his crew rectified these issues almost as fast as I could get the truck to them. The entire install only took them a day! Rommel demo'd it for me after install, showed me numerous features and even went through the process of syncing my phone to the bluetooth! Additionally, I didn't lose any features that I had before the install. I know sometimes installs like this can result in losing a feature or two along the way for various reasons, but not in my case! Excellent craftsman ship all the way around. I can't see a single scratch or flaw anywhere. Everything looks just as good as it did before I rolled in there. The lone exception is that now my whip ROCKS like a hurricane (yeah, that was a Scorpions reference)! I highly recommend these guys! Thank you very much Rommel and you're entire crew!

I got there within the hour and within 30 minutes they had my system installed and did a test run with me . All works great and their price was very competitive....     Today i got my windows tinted on a 1993 ford f150, single cab. The service personnel seemed super…read morenice and valued customers so thats a plus in todays world. I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! Everything's in the pics! I went 3 stars because they are kind and approach with professionalism.

I've gotten my car system installed and my subs was wired wrong had to pay another $5xx.00 and odd doallars at another shop to fix the mistake however. They not all for panel speakers . They just trying to do to many things in one shop and they're no professionals in each department. They like a printer can scan, fax ,photo copy, staple, send emails ,mobile fax . They provide a multitude of services a mater of none. MEANING mistakes going to happen if you take your vehicle they're.

    I brought my 2012 Ford F150 to Gene's Audio after running into battery drain issues that pointed to…read morethe aftermarket audio system (2019) and rear-view camera (2024) installed by Gene's according to our local Ford dealership. When I dropped the truck off, Gene indicated that he was pretty sure the problem would be with the interface in the truck and he figured I would get the truck back the following day (Friday, 29 May). At 2pm Friday afternoon I called Gene's to ask about the truck and was told it wasn't the interface problem they anticipated and would require further troubleshooting. No completion estimate was provided. Called again on Monday, no update or estimate Called at 5pm Tuesday and was told higher profitable jobs got worked before my truck did and he would get mine fixed as soon as he could. I asked him if he could at least communicate with me as to the status updates... Wednesday no communication received Thursday morning at 1008am Gene sends this text... "John, just wanted to stay in touch." I walked into his shop about 2 minutes later and got the same "non-update" as on Tuesday. He did share with me that he had logged 3 hours troubleshooting over the last 7 days. I told Gene that based on his scheduling process it could take him 6 months to fix the truck... his response was along the line of...oh it won't take 6 months... Thursday noon I sent him the following text: "If you can find the time to solve the problem with our Ford F150 pickup today that would be beyond awesome! If not, I'd appreciate it if you could put her back in the condition she was in when you got her so I could settle up with you and pick her up tomorrow morning. I cannot afford to just keep hoping you will find time to solve the mystery." I called Gene's at 4pm Thursday and asked the gal that answered if they could confirm they had received my text. She indicated Gene had gotten it and his response was "no problem". On Friday morning I was told the truck was fixed. It was the interface originally thought to be the problem... $180 for parts, $600 for 4 hours labor. I'll give him credit for letting me know I was not his priority and he'd get to my truck when he could, after he already had my truck in the shop. I'll also never do business with him again and would never recommend him to anyone else for any kind of repair/troubleshooting.
