Today i got my windows tinted on a 1993 ford f150, single cab. The service personnel seemed super nice and valued customers so thats a plus in todays world. I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! I only post when you really mess up. They are in the business of team them and not the customer. I've gotten my car system installed and my subs was wired wrong had to pay another $5xx.00 and odd doallars at another shop to fix the mistake however. They not all for panel speakers . They just trying to do to many things in one shop and they're no professionals in each department. They like a printer can scan, fax ,photo copy, staple, send emails ,mobile fax . I don't normally leave reviews for anywhere but this is the second time I've had issues with radio/speaker installation. The first was my trucks speaker replacement they didn't pop in all the panels like they should have been. The second was a radio installation. It sounds worse than the factory one even after tweaking with it for almost an hour and on top of that the dash isn't put in right so my key barley fits in the ignition and a tiny plastic panel now just falls out if you touch it. They removed the tints but left all the windows dirty , i Didn't notice in the begging, but when I got home I saw one of the dashboard button broke, as well they used to much water that the window button didn't want to work no more , I went back to let them know the issue but they didn't want to repair or even look at it , easy answer that's not our business or anything to do with us read more

I was very pleased with the service that tint world provided. They went far above and beyond in the arena of customer service. It was not simply a one stop shop. The paint was in rough shape on my mercury Marauder and I needed replacement parts and a new differential cover for maintenance. I thought that after the detail work and ceramic was complete I would have to go elsewhere. No they not only provided excellent accommodating service like more like a neighborhood garage And not a franchise. Not only did they do the coating and correction but found in quality control some things with the coating they missed and corrected them bending over backwards to meet what they considered a quality product to uphold their reputation. It took a little extra time but they made the car look amazing as the 16 year old paint would allow. This showed integrity of the staff to be able to back up their promise to the customer. I wasted several hours and lost use of my vehicle foe the day just to have to find another business to perform the work. "Too complicated" is a horrible excuse from a company who wraps. read more
