The young man was nice on the phone and said the front windows had no tint and were clear. I should have hung up the phone then, but I just couldn't. I told him they certainly did have some amount of tint and I wanted to know how much. He said to drop by and he would meter the windows(measure for visible light or tint). I told him that I was almost an hour away and he said come on by. When I got there he was adamant that the front windows were clear. I rolled one half way down and he still said it was clear. I insisted that he look through the window opening. He still insisted it was clear. I showed him the difference in looking through the glass as opposed to looking over it. He replied, "that is the hue, when the glass was manufactured it has a natural hue". I am about to bust out laughing now, as I explain the definition of hue is a variation of color, tint, or shade. I politely ask him if he will meter the glass like he said he would, he declined and walked away. Needless to say I left and will never return! Would be negative star rating if possible. I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! Everything's in the pics! I went 3 stars because they are kind and approach with professionalism.

I've gotten my car system installed and my subs was wired wrong had to pay another $5xx.00 and odd doallars at another shop to fix the mistake however. They not all for panel speakers . They just trying to do to many things in one shop and they're no professionals in each department. They like a printer can scan, fax ,photo copy, staple, send emails ,mobile fax . They provide a multitude of services a mater of none. MEANING mistakes going to happen if you take your vehicle they're.

The initial experience went well. I ended up driving to there location due to the fact they did not have access to my location. Which was not a problem with me. After receiving my vehicle I was told to let they imperfections dry out and everything would clear up. They also stated they had a limited warranty. Which I though was nice. A week goes by and the scratches that I thought were imperfections did not go away. I then texted the company they said give it a little longer, and if it does not go away, they will fix it. I did that and message them back to let them know, and receive no reply a week later I Message them again, and received no reply. I then messaged him through her email to be more formal. Maybe they just lost her number. really like to give the best benefit of the doubt but after reading the reviews I guess I should have read them before I went to this business.
