I was also disappointed with "detail" of my truck. When I got a little down the road after picking it up, undiscovered there were many water spots on both review mirrors which I had to clean when I got home. Also, the black areas of the truck where they were supposedly wiped and treated were blotchy. Lastly, we were told it would be ready in 5 hours, it was not ready so we had to pick it up the following morning......all in all, I cannot see me bringing my vehicle back there again.

Tiki's basic $15 wash is a great value during pollen season. If your vehicle has a lot of bug…read moregrime, it's better to select the higher $25 wash. With the bugs, I find occasional remnants that I need to fully remove with their provided drying towels. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Especially when selecting & purchasing your desired wash. Plus they keep the grounds neat & clean. Their detailing stalls include two vacuum nozzle options...flat head & crevice. The flat head is great for seats and floor boards. The crevice tool definitely helps you clean all the nooks & crannies. Also provided are 3 types of cleaning products plus towels. You definitely need to take advantage of the floor mat cleaning station located near the exit. There's a stall with water, scrub brush & cleaning solution for your rubber mats. There's also a machine for scrubbing/shaking the dirt off your carpeted mats. Finally I have to mention Tiki must be on top of their maintenance, because I've never experienced low suction power with their vacuums which is something I've experienced multiple times at one of their competitors. To me, this means they're cleaning and changing the filters regularly. All-in-all, Tiki is the best car wash in town!

It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment.

The entire experience was professional from start to finish, with great communication and outstanding results. Adams Window Tinting is absolutely the best glass tint shop in ENC, no need to look anywhere else!…read moreTheir Expel XR series tints come with a lifetime transferable warranty that even covers fading. I'm not sure about the warranty on other tints they carry. I called with a few questions on a Saturday morning, Barbara answered the phone and most of my questions, however some could not be answered without my vehicle being there. She asked me to come in so she could best help me. When I arrived she remembered my name, joked that she had answers for my questions, putting me at ease even more than she did on the phone. Barbara then proceeded to answer all of my questions, told me about things I had not thought of, helped me make an informed decision about what I wanted and gave me a fair price. Cody was also very informative on the different products that they offered, even putting small samples of the two tints I was interested in on my window so I could see how they looked and metered what the visible light transmission was. He then did a great job installing my chosen tint, making sure it was done right, and providing me with proper instructions making sure I know how to care for it, and maintain it. He even recommended a tint safe glass cleaner, that is inexpensive and readily available. Matt dropped by while Cody was installing the tint, introduced himself and his friend to me, as well as invited me to go fishing with him or his Dad sometime. Everyone makes you feel like you are family or a long time friend. Matt and his staff are awesome, they are a great family business that puts customer service first! They have a nice clean showroom, waiting area, installation bays and may be able to do same day service if time and staffing allows. I was highly impressed, and that is not an easy thing to do! I highly recommend Adams Window Tinting for all of your tinting needs!!!
