First time here. My truck needed a wash bad! Came to yelp and no wait when I got there. The young man working explained which wash to get with a wax to protect from so much pollen. I still had to wipe the car down and not all the bugs came off hood or window. Vacuumed yourself, and they provide towels. They also give you a wet wipe for dash. No tire dressing but I have it at home so no biggie. All in all for 25.00 not a bad deal. I'd come again. read more

Does not clean the lower half very well. Wheels are always dirty after going through the wash. Staff doesn't assist with closing your truck mirrors. Always out of rags and cleaner. Several of the vacuums are either off, broken or very little suction from the hoses. Employees block the exit from the wash leaving very little room to drive around to the vacuum cleaners. I used one of their self-service car wash stations a month ago, and after making payment, the timer began, but unfortunately, none of the equipment functioned properly. The pressure washer was shaking but did not dispense any water, and the brush was also non-functional. I tried switching through all the available options, but nothing worked. Since the station is self-service, I was unable to request a refund on-site. I emailed their customer service and they asked what type of payment method I used. I replied with the payment method and they never responded. It has been over 3 weeks since I've heard from them. I had a monthly subscription at the Gum Branch road location. I don't believe I use it enough, lol. However, I don't believe any of the drive-through car washes provide enough wax to help your car finish. However, their young employees remain with the company, which speaks volumes to me. If I've been on a road trip and I mention this to the staff before entering the car wash, they give the front and grill extra attention, which I truly appreciate. Even though the sign clearly states "free vacuum" right there on the building and nowhere on the lot is a message stating otherwise, you will be approached by a worker and will be told that the free vacuum requires that you buy a car wash... Can't hate them for that; a business has to make money. But don't advertise something and change the rules without telling people. read more

I've been to at least 6 of these type car washes in the Jacksonville & Wilmington area and this one is hands down my favorite. Best car wash in Jacksonville! It's a lot smaller and maybe that's why it's so good. Erica washed my truck and she just did so much of a better job than all the other car washes. Other places take 2 sec to brush the front. They weren't busy so she took extra time on it. I drive a ton so the bugs are always terrible. I have never had a car wash show as much care as she did. Then she hustled to the exit to spot check it again while she was waiting for the next customer to arrive. 5 star service! I'll go out of my way to come here as long as they keep hard working staff like this! read more

Let me say Green Clean Auto Spa is NOW the only car wash in Jacksonville that I go to, my experience was fantastic and the employees are definitely above and beyond when it comes to service/help. My car was in need of a car wash and detail, I can say that Green Clean definitely came through and my tires/rims are looking brand new! I would recommend a 10/10 to anyone who needs a great clean and free vacuuming! Out of all the employees, I want to say that Ethan Ocasio is the face and should be the embodiment of what Green Clean offers in service/help etc, I didn't need to ask for help from him and when he was available he took the initiative (that most don't) to help me in getting my car together. To whoever owns this green clean I just want you guys to know earlier I came through 7-15-2018 around 4:50pm and the tire shine roller on the passenger side was not working. I didn't notice it until I came home. I returned to the Greenclean on the same day around 7pm to let the workers know. They were completely apologetic and told me they noticed about an hour after I left that it wasn't working. They kept apologizing as if it was their fault to the point I started feeling bad that I came through to complain lol. However, the two young guys sent me through the washer again and told me if it didn't work this time he would get some tire shine and apply it himself. Which he ended up doing because the roller got caked up and didn't distribute the tire shine properly. Long story short I think these two guys did a phenomenal job at trying to rectify the situation and customer service was world class to be so young. I appreciate their service. read more

I'll start off by saying wow! I've been to many car washes, however not one like this. Let me explain...most of your drive thru car washes do not get your vehicle very clean and in fact half the time suds are still on your vehicle when you leave! Now you won't get that here. As I pulled up a gentlemen was very kind and professional in assisting me by telling me the various services they offered. I decided upon the special of the day and let me tell you it done the job too! I'm just in awe at how clean my car was even my tires! The price was reasonable and well worth it and the friendliness and professionalism of the employee there today was par on! If you are in the area and your car needs a good wash swing by and give them a try . They have a program where you can get that will enable you to swing by as much as you wish every month! (Check for pricing). Now let me tell you with winter coming and all the rain, mushy snow that is if NC gets any :) that's worth it to get the nasty salt from your car. Not only that just to keep your vehicle clean from bugs, pollen (in spring ) Etc. I brought my extremely dirty car in thinking I'd get a decent wash...boy was I in for a surprise! First, the agent warmly greeted me and immediately acknowledged the state of my vehicle, assuring me that she'd take care of it. She took extra time working out the bug marks on the front and rear of the car, and even suggested I come back through twice. A little pricey but less than taking it to a detailer. Quick service the wash is great takes about 5 mins and you never have to leave your car. The powerful unlimited timed vacuums makes all the difference. There are plenty of hoses and you can really get the insides of you vehicle clean because you have the leisure time to get into those harder or more soiled areas. The only downside is they don't have shampoers or steam cleaners for your carpets. read more

You know, I can't tell you how many times I have pulled up driving 21 miles out of my way to clean my truck and this happens to me and I know other folks as well....... Hey, if you're having issues, have someone stand out front explaining what is going on, your paying for it right? No, we are, the monthly fees that are taken from my account pay for them to close early and work on equipment.... Hey guys, really and I then call someone answers the phone on the first ring and I asked them, what time do you close? Answer at 8:00 PM but!!!!! The water line broke and we'll be open tomorrow, chuckle, chuckle..... OK, I'll make another drive out again tomorrow and try to clean my truck. You guys were once the best show in town and now its a hit and miss like a lot of the business here in this town.. Granted if everything is working it great.... But... I am done after this month, you know the payment goes out on the dot, either the 3rd or the 4th of every month for the past three years... This place has gone from a great place to clean your car to terrible. I went about 2 wks ago and no tire shine and going through the wash some injectors/jets were clogged and not spraying. Again today in the wash one side of my truck did not get any soap. I told the attendant and he was not interested of my problem. He said he would look into it. The good: the $15 wash was good. When it says wax and tire shine, for an aoutomated wash, it does a very good job. The car came out very clean and shiney with an actual wax finish and the tires and wheels looked good. Also, the staff are professional HARD working young men, earning a paycheck and doing something good. They are attentive and responsive. I was very impressed with them. They would not accept any tips! I like that because that sometimes scares business away. The areas for improvement: Ok... I'm only giving 4 stars because the blow dryers didnt dry the car as well as I expected, they get the sides of the vehicle but not the top so there is still a significant amount of drying a person srill needs to do which took me by surprise. I would also like a little more for my money on the $15 wash, such half off my next $15 wash or something similar. Half off your next $10 wash maybe. Save costs by dispensing less soap. Creativity.... Overall I recommend this car wash and I will absolutely use again. My wife was with me and she made it a point to mark the location and bring her car later. Michael that was working today was one of the most polite gentlemen I have interacted with in a while. He was running from one side to the next side to make sure everyone was going good and filling towels. Today was pretty hot but he didn't look bothered by the heat. I got the managers special which includes a lot of stuff. All I know is that it left my car shinny and better looking if I wash my car my self on those car wash that takes quarters and you'll end up spending a lot of money for washing and drying it. They also provide free vacuums towels and mat cleaner. My mats where rubber and I was using their Mat cleaner which only cleans carpet so they offered to wash my rubber mats with high pressure hose which did the trick. I was very happy with the service and how clean my car was. Definitely coming back. read more

I hadn't gone through the wash or even used the facility in around 3 months so i called to cancel and attempt to get back one of the charges. I admit it was my fault but the service associate on the phone let me know that "if i had cancelled 3 months ago... it wouldn't be a problem" Again my fault for leaving it on and not using the service but i wasn't happy with the lack of professionalism in the response she had clearly gotten from a manager.
