I have gone here few times now. We have commercial vehicles that have to be inspected and they are always very friendly and do a great job on our cabs. I have never had to wait very long and they won't do extra stuff without asking first. I was very happy with the detailing they did and it didn't take long. Quality of service was sub par. Paid $100 for an "auto detail" and only received a carpet and upholstery cleaning, then only upon request was the dash detail shined. According to the gentleman behind the counter, it was $50 for the upholstery and $10 for each various surcharge for whatever that means. I guess those surcharges were for the smoke breaks and phone time over the two hours it took for them to do all of this. In all reality, I was watching the clock the whole time.. they got done with the interior upholstery in about 45 minutes then kind of shuffled around for another hour and fifteen. I am thrilled with the service provided by the staff of Elite Express. I called in on a Sunday morning, then dropped off my car for an interior detailing a half hour later. I live nearby, so I just walked home while they took care of the interior (about 2 hrs). When I got back to Elite Express, my car was in the bay, with the shampoo dry already! I paid in cash and went on my way. There is also a waiting room with a tv if you choose to stay, or a picnic table in their bay if you prefer some fresh air. I went home to play with my dogs, but the seating was tempting! YOU GUYS. -Never have I ever been so happy with an interior detailing. EVERY SINGLE STRAND OF DOG HAIR WAS REMOVED FROM THE BACKSEAT. I have 2 hairy old hounds I take everywhere with me and that backseat never stood a chance (sand and hair no longer stuck in crevices and carpeting, nose marks removed from the doors and windows) -LADIES: you know those makeup marks on your visors left behind by your fingers when you check your makeup in the car? (No, just me?) even those were cleaned off, on both sides of the visor! -I had sticker residue on the windshield in a hard-to-reach spot, and now you'd never know it was there (we are talking 4 year old dirty sticky mess I've been trying to get off for way too long.) Clearly, I could go on for days. Do yourself a favor and get your car detailed here. The best part? IT WAS ONLY $80 FOR THE INTERIOR. Thank you to the staff for your friendly and attentive customer service; your attention to detail is obvious. ***DO NOT GET YOUR CARWASH HERE*** I went to them looking for a carwash. I thought it was going to be a good place since it was hand wash and they did a horrible job. They used mostly water, left water spots and bugs on the windshield. I normally do it myself and hate leaving bad reviews but this is ridiculous. My kids do a better job washing my car then this place will not go back. HORRIBLE !!!! read more

I could not be happier!!! I had this horrible mold/dirt on the hood of my truck under the plastic protection film. They removed the plastic film and got all crud off. Service is unmatched. I am amazed that they were able to clean my car as well as they did. I take my dogs everywhere with me so the fur really builds up and sticks to everything. Best place in town if you need your car clean fast and the staff is very friendly and professional! Other places you have to schedule an appointment for a full detail and come back another day, and they charge a lot more. I got mine done in the same day in and out. I'm an Uber and Lyft driver so my car gets very dirty and it's hard to keep clean so i'll gladly pay someone to clean it. They do a great job and their prices are reasonable. $150 for a full detail that includes a full inside and out wash, wax, buff, and interior cleaned with carpets and upholstery washed, and even the trunk cleaned! Not bad when other places were charging $200-$300 for a full detail. Highly recommend! read more

Just got some scratches buffed out of my Porsche through their detailing. Despite the fact that at some point I will have to go to a body shop to get the paint touched up, they did a phenomenal job of making the current paint look pristine and the scratches as non-existent as possible. I don't know why this place doesn't have reviews yet, because it is by far the best car detailing shop I've ever been to. If you're looking for a quick slap dash wash, this isn't the place for you. They looked over the car with me and identified the things I wanted focused on the most. The staff then took their time and made my car look brand new. I've had this car for 3 years, and I've brought it to tons of auto detailing shops, but no place comes close to comparing. My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it off the lot. The staff was professional and friendly and has unparalleled attention to detail. I parked down the street and searched my car for something they missed, and I couldn't find a single flaw. They have my business for life, and they should have yours too. If you want your car to look brand new again, come down to this shop. If I could give them 6 stars, I would read more
