amazing place to be at and will definitely come back again i recommend to anyone who needs something quick

It's Wore Out, it was a good wash at best, half the car wash works, sprays foam, inefficient, wasting water, vacuums works sometimes, sometimes not. It will take a little while for the owner to catch on, its time to do some improvements. Good Luck! read more

Overall, this is the best car wash I have ever used. The staff is friendly, wash itself is top-notch...overall it's a good experience!

I retract my original review. The smell I complained about was mold in my air collection box. I learned that it is a common problem and I do not know the source for sure. I got it cleaned out and the smell has disappeared. Been using this car wash and it hasn't returned. Otherwise I like using this car wash. read more

After many trips back and forth on the highway for a move, my car was covered I grime and bugs Wha'd a girl to do?!? The answer is The Wave! I've been through many times and my SUV comes out sparkling and bug-free! In addition to the drive-thru car wash, they have do-it-yourself detailing stations with vacuums. Each station has a unique set-us for cleaning your floor mats which is genius! I love the fact they supply towels too! Bottom line, take your dirty car through The Wave! You won't be disappointed! read more

I was very pleased with this car wash. It did a great job on my truck. The only thing I didn't like was that it left a faded water spots all over my truck when looking at it close up using the glare of the sunlight even after hand waxing it myself. I pulled up to a kiosk and paid for my truck wash. Then, drive up into a building and put my truck into neutral. Next, the machine guided me the rest of the way. The price was $16 which I thought was high. But, it was worth given the fact that I i just got off work and was tired. Anyway, I pulled around to the side and got out and started drying my truck with some towels. I used some spray mist to sorto wax my truck while drying it. I will come back again. read more

Really gets on my nerves when I pay for the membership and get stuck behind someone in the members only line for 15 minutes because they can't use a machine. If I'm paying for membership then why does everyone else get to go in the members only line and hold us with subscriptions up. read more

Took my car through the car wash here. Upon exiting, I immediately noticed something was wrong with one of my tires. Looked at my tires and discovered a wide screw in my tire. I had my tire fixed locally and they gave the screw and washer to me. According to them business that fixed the tire, they've had to repair quite a few tires after coming out of this car wash. Things happen. I get it. But I brought the screw in to the car wash, Thinking they had a little common decency to refund the money spent on the car wash or to even credit me with some time on the vacuums (wouldn't do the car wash again). The manager was really rude. Denied that it came from this business and told me I was wrong. Period. Like I have nothing better to do with my time but to complain the my tire "got screwed" at his business. Visit at your own money, time and tire's risk. Wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. read more

Poor customer service. I was a loyal customer since opening. I identified issues with a monthly pass but could not get resolved. I didn't feel like I was treated well. One would think that a new company would value your loyal business especially when it's not the customers fault. read more

I wasn't that sure about this place at first. We didn't know what it cost and you can't see the prices before you get in line. We were surprised at the $7.00 price just to run it through. Then the rags self serve was awesome. First time I've ever seen that option. What a great thing to provide. We live out of state but and visit here frequently. I will be back no doubt. This place definitely thinks outside the box. read more

Use this car wash every week..... easy on your car will use many times.... Glad I found this place

This car wash does an excellent job, and I love that they have free vacuums. We just moved here from upstate New York, and my rubber mats have always looked dirty there no matter what I do. But, after using the mat washing equipment, the mats look new. I have a monthly pass and go there frequently. Staff is great! read more

Great service great place to take your car for a bath! Employees were great and always helpful!

The tsunami shield makes my car look like new and the free mat washer makes my carpet mats look just as good! The vacuums are strong too.

I waited in a line that was out of the drive and blocking traffic. When I got to the terminal to pay the attendant, the system crashed and they had to turn away the remaining customers. The attendant stated that this had happened multiple times previously. It was a major waste of time read more

I had my car detailed and Joe the supervisor could not have been any better. My car looks brand new and he was a delight to work with.

The first time I drove my 2018 Rav4 through the "brushes" knocked a small cover off the front fender (it was hanging there when I went to the vacuum area. I thought this was unusual and a flute. Yesterday, the same thing happened only the cover was gone! I went to the area of the car wash and the cover was laying near the wall by the last brush. Don't think I'll be going there again. The other "newer" car wash in town has not done any damage to my car. read more
