This is truly a hidden gem. I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately greeted by an eager…read moreyoung gentleman, who directed me around to the back of the building (they pull your car through the building like at an oil change place). I decided on a full inside/outside detail, and the young man and his coworker got to work immediately- one tackling the driver side and the other the passenger side- with their canister vacuums. It was like a synchronized assembly line- each mirrored the other in the most efficient, yet detailed, cleaning I've ever seen at a car wash. After 10 minutes of vacuuming and washing (yes, soap and water) my rubber floor mats they pulled my car into the old garage. They continued the clean including a thorough wash, all windows, and a waxing by hand. My car was then moved through the garage to the front of the building- clean and ready to be driven away. Or so I thought. An older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) came out of the garage and inspected behind his two employees' work. He made two trips around the car- they put some extra attention into a few spots, re-shined one of my tires (which looked fine to me) and then gave my car one more inspection before coming to me for the final approval. It's no exaggeration that my car has never been more clean & shining than it is right now. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and end result of this very unassuming place (it's appearance doesn't match its product). THE place to go for a professional detail, for little more money than a automatic wash.

Huge shoutout to Kyle Denison at Trent Buick GMC. He helped me and my 80-year-old mother with a…read morerepair on her Buick Regal, and his professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Kyle kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and treated my mom with real care and respect. That level of service is rare--and it meant a lot to both of us. We never felt rushed or like just another number. Because of Kyle, we'll definitely be returning customers. My mom loved the Cadillac loaner so much, she's already thinking about buying one! Service like this creates loyal customers for life. Thanks again, Kyle! --G Taylor and Wil

Bad and COSTLY experience. Don't be fooled by the smiling faces and very "friendly" persona of the…read moreservice writer. Every time I asked to see the service tech video of the the problem I was told the "system is down". I asked that the video be msg to my phone. They would not send it. Went in for oil change on my GMC Terrain. Was told there was a very slight drip from transmission and that it needed to be repaired before it got worse. Service writer said it is probably a seal. Even though I had never seen any evidence of fluid leaks on the floor of my garage where the car lives, I said fix it because I did not want to have an expense down the road. Service writer also said to get it done before the 3 year bumper to bumper ran out so the cost would be covered by the warranty. Sounds like it made sense. The "repair" was made. Unfortunately I noticed transmission fluid on my garage floor the very next day. Took the car back to Trent. Service writer said it may be a transmission case but this time they fixed an axle seal. The axle had NOT been leaking before they "fixed" the transmission "leak. Next day I again noticed new transmission fluid on my garage floor. Took the car back to Trent. Service writer said it was probably the transmission case warped. They worked on the car again. By this time I was completely unhappy with the Terrain and the dealership service center. I did research and saw that the terrain and other GM products had an ongoing problem with transmission leaks. I got the impression that the Terrain was not a reliable car for my wife to drive anymore. Decided that I needed to trade it in and by a more reliable vehicle for my wife to drive. This experience cost me thousands of dollars. I have a gut feeling that the service writer and dealer service center (because of their sloppy repair) screwed me royal.
