Again, this was a Ford Edge, certainly NOT an oversize vehicle in my book. I questioned this price and got a series of confusing and irrelevant excuses from the man I talked to (e.g. he said they didn't charge me for polishing the tires...I didn't even want/expect the tires polished). So in summary I was quite satisfied with the quality of the work, but feel that I was overcharged. Perhaps this is "on me" for not establishing what the price was before handing over my keys.

Over the past 2 months I've been to Tiki Carwash Express twice and both times I heard a very loud…read more"pop" right as my truck was exiting the wash. The second time was this past Sunday, March 1st. When we parked and I started wiping my truck down, I noticed my sunroof visor/deflector had snapped on both ends. I immediately filed an incident report and was contacted Tuesday by the manager Chelsea. Unfortunately, I was told that because of things like weather, wear and tear, and my vehicle being a 2017, they "usually don't cover" items like that. For context, my truck is kept under a carport and isn't exposed to direct sunlight or harsh weather that would cause something like that to suddenly snap. And the deflector has been in place for 4-5 years with no other issues.  I've always been someone who keeps a carwash membership and takes good care of my vehicles. I actually switched to Tiki when they first opened, but after this experience and the lack of responsibility taken for the damage, I've cancelled my membership and will be going back to the carwash I previously used without any issues.

With the bugs, I find occasional remnants that I need to fully remove with their provided drying towels. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Especially when selecting & purchasing your desired wash. Plus they keep the grounds neat & clean. Their detailing stalls include two vacuum nozzle options...flat head & crevice. The flat head is great for seats and floor boards. The crevice tool definitely helps you clean all the nooks & crannies. Also provided are 3 types of cleaning products plus towels. You definitely need to take advantage of the floor mat cleaning station located near the exit. There's a stall with water, scrub brush & cleaning solution for your rubber mats. There's also a machine for scrubbing/shaking the dirt off your carpeted mats. Finally I have to mention Tiki must be on top of their maintenance, because I've never experienced low suction power with their vacuums which is something I've experienced multiple times at one of their competitors. To me, this means they're cleaning and changing the filters regularly. All-in-all, Tiki is the best car wash in town!
