Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. They gave a price and when you get to pay they charge more…read morethan what was said. When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappointing of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The tires were listed for a certain price on Facebook and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing and was told that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. They gave a $100 discount which really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket.

I took my truck to Squires Automotive Auto Generator & Starter yesterday.they are very…read moreunprofessional i asked to have my alternator rebuilt.the guy called me while i was at work and said i gotcha ready and its gonna be $336.i said to rebuild an alternator you charged me this much.he said no I didn't have the part so we couldn't rebuild or fix it so I put one of ours on.so I asked him how much did the alternator cost he said $250.i said you over charging for your parts because an alternator don't even cost that in the store.i told him to take it off.he said if I take it off its gonna cost you $185 I told him im not gonna pay for anything that I didn't tell you to put on.i brought my truck just to rebuild mines if I wanted a new part I would of went to auto zone and brought one and I could of had it put on in my yard.so I told him let me speak to your boss so he put his boss on the phone and the guy and the boss was lying to me.he made up a lame story saying the person who rebuild alternators got sick and had to leave and if I could leave it there he has the part and can have it ready for me in the morning.but his worker claimed he didn't have the part and it couldn't be fixed.to make a long story short he charged me $200 today just to rebuild my alternator and put some cheap battery post connectors on my battery post and cut my heavy duty cables without asking me these peoples are very unprofessional and I advise my black people do not go to these people they will over charge you and do work to your car that you didn't tell them to do and they are very rude.
