For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

I had a really disappointing and honestly upsetting experience at Chavez Tire Shop. I showed up…read morewell before their posted closing time of 4 PM (3:32 PM) for 1 tire, only to be turned away. When I politely mentioned that their hours said 4 PM online (only as a suggestion of fixing it so people wouldn't come during close up), the workers were rude and dismissive. What really got to me was that one of them completely ignored my question of shop hours to ensure I had the correct times.. but when a male customer standing nearby asked the exact same thing, he got an explanation right away. Then, after telling me they couldn't take me, they went ahead and serviced another male customer that pulled up after me.. right after turning me away. It felt unfair and disrespectful.
