My car was totally trashed out with mud in the drivers side floor. It was in the carpet & everything. I was able to clean it up but while I was doing so I found that one of the idiots must have left the passenger window down for an extended amount of time because the carpet on the passenger side was SOAKED. A few days later, when I thought I had their mess behind me, I opened my trunk to put some grocery bags in & discovered that they must have left the trunk open in the rain also. The trunk inside was soaked. Due to the moisture there was mold growing on the soft cooler I keep back there (see picture). You would think people would have more common sense, decency, and respect for other people's property. I expected better from them. My vehicle will never go back to that place!! I don't know what happened, but they really dropped the ball on this one. I've been driving this car for 14 years and never has it been in the shape they left it in within a few weeks.

As a female who knows nothing about cars, I have always had all my questions answered by the individuals working here. They always go fast, the prices are always affordable, and the complimentary water and air freshener are always a nice touch! You don't have to get out of the car for an oil change and I've never had any appointment take longer than 15 min (and that's because a car was in front of me). I appreciate the employees kindness every time as well.

Ronnie, the owner, is the most honest mechanic I've come across. He would never ever do anything to intentionally screw people over, unlike some mechanics in the area. If something goes wrong, I promise on everything I love he was not trying to scam you or do it on purpose. If your car has been to 5 shops and can't get fixed, it's probably not the 6th shop's fault. Sounds scary apparently - it's the easiest oil change in the world, you don't even need to jack it up. I just have a broken back and can't get down on my knees without great effort. First they will tell you they are just a tech and they don't give prices over the phone. It's a 5 minute oil change, you have a price. Just tell me $100 due to the luxury tax and I would have gladly driven down. Then they will tell you that they won't let you provide your own parts... I'm not going to wait for you to order a filter and oil from overseas when I have the oil and filter here, preordered! Once you tell them that they say they are afraid to scratch it. This isn't an expensive car, and that's what insurance is for. If you're afraid you're going to scratch this, I assume I can't take any of my other cars to you either? Who would have thought a competent shop would be so hard to find? Luckily a guy down the street was the exact opposite. Said he would love the chance to wrench on an oldie and he charges $20 bucks if I bring the supplies. Problem solved.
