I went to this shop for an oil change because of all of the positive reviews on here, and other…read morecustomers who wrote that they paid less than dealership prices but that was not my experience. For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

This is my 5/6th time using this mechanic shop and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Mr. Andy is the best in Greenville. Don't get caught out there with the rest. My car gut and wallet won't let me go anywhere else. Trust the best. Prices are fair. I quantify value in peace of mind. Realizing your car has been in the hands of a knowledgeable and experienced professional cuts down on the anxiety I once felt about getting work done. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I paid…read morenearly $1,900 for radiator and cooling system repairs on my 2020 Chevy Malibu through this company. Shortly after the repair, I continued experiencing the exact same overheating and reduced engine power issues. After taking my vehicle to two additional repair shops, I was informed that the radiator had not been properly secured or installed, parts/brackets were missing, hoses needed replacement, and additional damage was found related to the repair area. I also have documentation and technician notes supporting these findings. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability despite multiple calls, text messages, and attempts to resolve the issue directly through the company. Their warranty states they cover defects in workmanship related to repairs performed, yet I have still been left paying for additional repairs and dealing with ongoing vehicle issues. I understand that cars can sometimes have underlying problems, but I expected proper installation, accurate documentation, and professional follow-up after paying a significant amount for repairs. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
