For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

After being assured multiple times of the honesty and integrity of his firm, the longstanding reputation of the agency in the community, and his assurances of personal oversight over his employees, he did make good on the oversight that occurred 8 months previously. With additional assurances that the employee involved was no longer associated with his company, he not only refunded the $1,000 insurance premium but also the $3,000 payment for the extended service warranty which should have been refunded but at a prorated amount. I do appreciate the owner taking the interest to attempt to make this situation right. I very much appreciate the full refunds. I would have appreciated much more an honest interaction about the capabilities and features of the car I was purchasing. I would have been more appreciative of timely attention to this matter. I will not be taking Mr. Pechesles up on his request that I call him directly and allow him to sell me my next car. You have only one chance to make a first impression. This dealership disappointed on the countless opportunities they had. I have satisfied, however, Mr. Pecheles's request upon delivering the checks. I have updated my review. Buyer beware.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and choose the services I wanted, including a state inspection. Someone met me at my car when I arrived and checked me in. The inside is very clean, and includes nice bathrooms, a waiting area, WiFi, a snack bar, and an enclosed kids' room (bless you, Audi). I LOVE how the tech sends me a little video once work is completed, summarizing what they did (the DFW-area Audi dealerships did this too). Audi Greenville also has a shuttle that'll take you anywhere you want to go within, I think, a 2-mile radius (if memory serves). There's shopping and eating directly across the road from them, which is nice if you expect your car to be in for several hours. All work was completed as expected on my car. The wait was a bit longer than I would've expected for just an oil change and state inspection, but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere else. I wish they were a bit closer, but that's okay -- I'll be back.

The oil was black! the filter was the bottom basement garbage and used conventional after having changed my oil 3x's previously with Synthetic. I'm sorry, but if a garage can't use the customer recommended oil and filter, that can't be trusted with your car. Sad sign of the times, you cant trust any one with your vehicle, especially this shop!
