She has had dealings with…read moreLuigi's in the past, and when we delivered the car to her, we had some issues when it shifted gears in a higher gears where it was kind of vibrating a little and having trouble shifting so I took it to Luigi's to get a transmission service. They charged us over three around $300 for the transmission service and from that day on the performance of the car went downhill she had all kinds of trouble with it so we took it back. We told him what the problems were and they said well we look at they took it apart. Said you need a expensive part and it was gonna cost $1500 for the part and the labor so we went ahead and did it we drove it home and it was even worse than it was when we got it we took it back to him. They kept it for over two weeks and never solved the problem. They said they thought that another $300 part would do it and I said no you've done all you're gonna do so I pulled away from him and so anybody wanting to use Luigi's for transmission troubles they're throwing their money away.

I purchased my truck used (from another dealer) and with 3rd party extended warranty. They got underway on my vehicle the day I dropped it off, despite not purchasing from them. The service manager Brian dealt with my warranty company for me and I believe he negotiated the best payout for the service I needed. He always kept me updated throughout the process. Shortly after the first repair I had another issue and assuming it could've been caused by their initial repair I sent it back, the new issue was not a result of their repair but they still dealt with it as quickly as possible and negotiated with the warranty company again, which resulted in a payout I wasn't even expecting. I hope to not need any further service but if I did I would continue to bring my truck here.

I have traveled all over the country and what this dealership charges for an oil change is almost double anywhere I've been (I only use Ford dealerships for service).
