There are two places that I am VERY hesitant about going to... car dealerships and auto repair shops. Having said that, I was asking around to find out where the best place in Greenville was to get my Infiniti worked on and a friend told me that he brings his to a small shop on Dickinson called Import Services and was more than pleased with the people, quality of work, and the price. I needed so basic maintenance done to my car so I reluctantly decided to stop by. When I got there I was received by one of the owners with a big smile and a hello. I began talking with her and explained what I needed done and that I have been unable to find a repair facility that I could trust to work on my "baby". She instantly reassured me I had nothing to worry about and that they guaranteed all their work. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. I have been going there ever since. The owners (and employees) are the type of people everyone should associate with in life...truly good hearted people. They are straight forward, honest, loyal, and giving individuals. They are ALWAYS willing to help someone out with any circumstance that they might have. They are not just trying to make a buck off you like most everywhere you go now. They want to do a good job for their customers at a good price. What more can you ask? I have been there numerous times for anything from basic maintenance all the way up to complex electric problems and have ALWAYS treated with honesty and respect. Due to that I have referred several of my family and friends to their shop and they have all had the same experience. I own a 2011 VW Jetta SEL, it recently went out of factory warranty, and needed a very extensive service. Since it so expensive to take it to the dealership, I asked around and Import Services came highly recommended and suggested by other Foreign car owners, so i decided to give them a shot. I stopped by in person to schedule my appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I dropped my car off and was provided a ride home by their very kind, and safe, courtesy driver. A few hours later a received a call that my Vehicle was ready and asked if I needed a ride back to the shop to get my Vehicle. I accepted the ride since it was such a convenient service they provide. The driver showed up in the time promised and took me back to the shop. While at the shop the Owner Waylon spoke with me about the service they performed and advised me on what I should do to extend the life of my Vehicle. I payed for the service and was given a pen to keep in my car. I would say that overall it was a very unique experience. I have had wonderful service experiences in dealerships, but what Waylon and Import Services provides Eastern NC, is way above and beyond any dealership I have ever been to. I have been going to Import services for all of my repairs for muiltible vehichels I have owned over the years. I have had a 1996 Cadilac fleetwood, 2001 land Rover Discovery, 2002 Audi A6 3.0 Quattro, and currently a 2002 VW 1.8 turbo passat Rabbit 5 speed. Import Services has done eceptional work on any issue I have had over the years. The staff are very poliet and honest about anything that needs to be done. I have some mechanics backgroud and they have never tried to sell me anything I did not need. They have no problem sitting down to explain anything they must order or how somethign must be fixed. Their prices are great for the work provided. I will never take my car anywhere else to get the work done unless it is dealership required for warrenty. The only issue I have ever had is the wait can sometimes be a bit long. It is understandable considing the exceptional service. This is more than made up for when I have had things happen and needed my car asap and they could do it for me. I would greatly encourage anyone with any make or model of car/truck to use Import Services L.L.C. for their repairs. read more

I took my S550 benz in for service front breaks and roates transmission mount and oil change, i was going out of town so I paid for the job in full when I dropped off the car, about 3 hours into my trip my phone rang it was the owner who i never met__who wanted to inform me I DID NOT NEED BREAKS OR ROATERS, KEEP IN MIND THIS JOB WAS PAID FOR NOT JUST PARTS BUT LABOR AS WELL. THIS KIND OF HONESTY IS HARD TO FIND TODAY, Now the Customer serviceis also 2nd to none be it being made to feelas comfortable as possable while you wait or a ride to your home or job,fair pricing and and quailty work, this was over a year ago now i have my 350 Z in for repairs after being in a accident after looking over the car the owner said i will take care of it ..."DO YOU NEED A CAR TO DRIVE".... I had an incredible experience at Import Services and felt it was worth sharing! I was having some car trouble, and even though I already had an appointment scheduled (they're a busy shop, which speaks volumes), the owner himself came out to help me. He immediately took my car for a quick test drive around the block and, in just a couple of minutes, was able to pinpoint the issue - an ignition misfire. I had been confused because the engine code didn't quite match the problem, but he knew exactly what was going on. What really impressed me was that he didn't charge me extra for such a quick diagnosis! He even took the time to explain exactly what I could do to fix it myself. I went home, replaced the part, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. If you want a mechanic who's not only skilled but also genuinely cares about helping people, Import Services is the place. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. By far the best shop in Greenville. I came to know Import services 5 years ago because I needed work on my 2003 Ford Explorer done. I first took my vehicle to another shop that I had been using for 3 years and they told me the work I needed was going to cost me over $4,450. A co-worker told me about Import Services and that same work costed me $ 1,400 dollars and tail this day my truck is still running great. Since that time I have taken all of my vehicles to Import Services and if they ever advise that I need something done, I trust them and have it done. I saved $400 smh... I stay in Greenville NC and I am so happy that I got a second opinion on my 2001 Lincoln LS V8 " so sexy". So I was told that I need a new Cylinder Head Replacement oil and a coil pack the cost $1100.00 " the Bad shop" .
