For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. Although L&M Automotive had absolutely nothing to do with creating these problems, Tiffany and Milton went above and beyond to help me navigate the repairs and figure out what was actually going on with my vehicle. What impressed me most was their honesty and the way they treated me throughout the entire process. I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, sell me something I didn't need, or inflate the cost of the repairs. In fact, considering the amount of work they performed on my Traverse, I know I could have easily been charged well over $1,000 somewhere else. The oil was black! the filter was the bottom basement garbage and used conventional after having changed my oil 3x's previously with Synthetic. What a surprise I got when Greenville AutoWorld called me to say I don't need brakes yet. "There is still plenty of meat on the pads". Now that is honesty at its best. My husband had a VW Beetle that had squeaky brakes. He took it here and they called and said the brakes only needed cleaning and he was good to go. No replacement needed. I would highly recommend Greenville AutoWorld. They have be honest everytime we thought we needed work. I will definitely take my car there when I do need work done - the right way.

While in the waiting area another rep said he had taken a deposit on the same vehicle the night before. I took a half day off work to drive out there to see a car that was no longer available. Why couldn't the rep tell me that before I came out there.
