For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

Although L&M Automotive had absolutely nothing to do with creating these problems, Tiffany and Milton went above and beyond to help me navigate the repairs and figure out what was actually going on with my vehicle.
