Went with my dad and a fried to try and find a front bumper cover for my Hyundai Elantra. I was told, and I quote, "We have some Hyundai out there, dunno if it's the one you're looking for." Turns out, they charge $1 just to go in and look at the vehicle. We were all under the assumption that the cost would be refunded if we didn't purchase anything. When we got out to the yard, there was a Hyundai Accent that had been crushed on the driver's side and had the front end caved in, clearly unusable for me. We all went back to the office and the older lady rudely told us that she didn't know what kind of car it was, only the male was in their system. When my dad asked about the $3 refund, she gave us an astounded look, like we were asking something so taboo. She refused to give us a refund and said the charge is mandatory.
