It was very serious for me. My boss arranged for them to tow me out and then they did a complete oil change, DOT preventive maintenance service on the tractor. They also welded a mud flat back after straightening the metal bar that supports the mud flaps. They had a whole team of great professionals. From the front office (Darlene), to Casey and boss Robert. There were also three other gentlemen that were involved and I did not get everyone's names. The garage and facility is impeccable as good as a shop like this can be. Overall total class act great people, fair prices and I was able to stay in the yard for my rest period. Also I must say the people that stopped to help, police and county (?) worker Gerald were awesome and the Piggly Wiggly manager too as I messed up in the back area of the PW. I took my truck to Squires Automotive Auto Generator & Starter yesterday.they are very…read moreunprofessional i asked to have my alternator rebuilt.the guy called me while i was at work and said i gotcha ready and its gonna be $336.i said to rebuild an alternator you charged me this much.he said no I didn't have the part so we couldn't rebuild or fix it so I put one of ours on.so I asked him how much did the alternator cost he said $250.i said you over charging for your parts because an alternator don't even cost that in the store.i told him to take it off.he said if I take it off its gonna cost you $185 I told him im not gonna pay for anything that I didn't tell you to put on.i brought my truck just to rebuild mines if I wanted a new part I would of went to auto zone and brought one and I could of had it put on in my yard.so I told him let me speak to your boss so he put his boss on the phone and the guy and the boss was lying to me.he made up a lame story saying the person who rebuild alternators got sick and had to leave and if I could leave it there he has the part and can have it ready for me in the morning.but his worker claimed he didn't have the part and it couldn't be fixed.to make a long story short he charged me $200 today just to rebuild my alternator and put some cheap battery post connectors on my battery post and cut my heavy duty cables without asking me these peoples are very unprofessional and I advise my black people do not go to these people they will over charge you and do work to your car that you didn't tell them to do and they are very rude.
