R&S charge a $75 diagnostic fee which does not go toward the repair, then of course you pay for parts, labor. After they determine what it was I left the car overnight to be ready he next day. Called the next afternoon for status and all I got was we will do our best, when we get the part we will get on it. This was at 1pm, they told me the day before that they would have the part that afternoon and get started in the morning,so why wasn't it nearly done. All I got was we will do our best, no estimated time of repair, just we will do our best. 30 minutes or so received a text message saying car ready to be picked up. Paid close to $350 and drove the car home and key came out first try. Drove the car several days later and started to have the same issue again, key not turning all the way to pulled it out of the ignition. ????

When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappointing of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The tires were listed for a certain price on Facebook and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing and was told that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. They gave a $100 discount which really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket.
