The repair was flawless was quick and on time. The second incident was when the side of our truck was backed into and crumpled the right rear panel. We only got the one quote with Quality Auto Body Shop because we didn't want anyone else to fix the truck, again, quickly fixed. Even our small town has multiple shops, but Quality Auto Body Shop exceeds in service and the name says it all "Quality." We even received both vehicles back washed and vacuumed!

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told it would be quite a while before they could get to my vehicle. I also discovered they were charging $135 per tire for the same tire that other shops were selling for around $80. At that point, I decided not to proceed and asked for my $50 deposit back so I could take my business elsewhere. The owner refused to refund the deposit. Between the excessive pricing, the wait time despite having an appointment, and the refusal to return my deposit, my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

They immediately called me, and because of their quick communication, I was able to drive an hour away, pick up another alternator, and get it back to the shop the same afternoon. Their tech jumped right on it and got everything installed before closing, ensuring I could continue my trip the next day. That level of effort and professionalism is rare these days. The service impressed me so much that on my next visit to see my mom, I brought the Travato back to Craven Tire to have the shocks replaced. The more I interact with Blake and his team, the more I appreciate their honesty, skill, and genuine customer care. Every technician I've met there is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to doing quality work.
