And the number on their website that says text this number for quicker service...is a landline and can't text it!! Here it is Tuesday almost noon, their phone still not being picked up, no word on if my vehicle is fixed. Sorry this place gets an F !!!

I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

I did something really dumb…read more I dropped a few concrete blocks into the bed of my truck from about 3 feet up with a loader. Meant to lower the bucket close to the bed so it wouldn't hit too hard, but I tipped it a little too much. One block hit the tailgate and bent it pretty ugly. I didn't need it perfect, but it left a HUGE gap where the tailgate meets the bed. Priced an aftermarket, but thankfully checked with Meadows before I bought. Meadows pointed out the aftermarket TGs are MUCH lighter and will bend even easier. They tack welded and pulled/bent mine out for a VERY reasonable price, and now I can get it bed-lined and nobody will know. HIGHLY recommend these guys. Competent, fair. Not much more you can ask for.

The young man was nice on the phone and said the front windows had no tint and were clear. I should have hung up the phone then, but I just couldn't. I told him they certainly did have some amount of tint and I wanted to know how much. He said to drop by and he would meter the windows(measure for visible light or tint). I told him that I was almost an hour away and he said come on by. When I got there he was adamant that the front windows were clear. I rolled one half way down and he still said it was clear. I insisted that he look through the window opening. He still insisted it was clear. I showed him the difference in looking through the glass as opposed to looking over it. He replied, "that is the hue, when the glass was manufactured it has a natural hue". I am about to bust out laughing now, as I explain the definition of hue is a variation of color, tint, or shade. I politely ask him if he will meter the glass like he said he would, he declined and walked away. Needless to say I left and will never return! Would be negative star rating if possible. I do not recommend for glass tinting!!!
