I was told online and over the phone that windshield repairs take about an hour to an hour and 30 minutes to complete. Safelite AutoGlass didn't pull the vehicle in the bay to begin replacing the windshield until 11:50 @ 12:00 the woman at the front desk informed me that my windshield hasn't arrived off the truck yet (the one that delivers the new windshield) and that it would be here around 12:30. Still waiting patiently and it's now 1:00 and they still haven't received the windshield or started working on my vehicle yet. That means even if the get the windshield I'm still going to have to wait for them to replace the windshield which take about an hour to an hour 30 minutes. If they didn't have my windshield they could've informed before I gave them my vehicle and had me wait until another day so that they would have the parts necessary to complete my service. I did not plan to be here over 3 hours! @ 1:22 The woman at the front desk informed that they received my windshield and are currently working on my vehicle. Safelite sd they removed the door panel to get the shattered glass out. I am NOT convinced. Would hv taken the vehicle a 3rd time, but got a person not even trained to do this kind of work give a try at it. He was able to get enough glass out that would fill about an 8-10oz+ glass. He used an air blower to blow the glass around and out and a vacuum to suck it out. Good service is really hard to find.

I've been to this location several times before without any issues, so I expected a similar level of service. However, this visit was very different. To start, no one asked me what type of oil I wanted, nor did they explain pricing beforehand. Even as a returning customer, I believe that kind of communication is essential. I tried multiple times to speak with someone, but the technician was often outside or quickly moving between tasks, making it difficult to get any answers. I also noticed that another customer who arrived after me for the same service had their car completed and returned before mine. When I asked about it, I was told they were short-staffed, and while the technician did apologize, it didn't fully address the concern. While waiting, I received no updates on my vehicle's status, whereas other customers were being kept informed. As the only person of color in the lobby, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable about the difference in treatment, though I cannot say definitively what caused it. Lastly, my oil change reminder was not reset, even though the paperwork indicated that it had been. This lack of attention to detail added to the overall frustration. I watched the short light skin girl act like she was pouring something from an opaque container. They need better actresses because it was clear nothing was going into my car. I'd been here a couple times before so I just chucked it up to maybe I was being paranoid and she was pouring the last bit of oil in there. I needed an oil change BAD and when I pulled my oil plug literally the next day the oil was BLACK. They will never steal from me again. Do not waste your money at this dishonest business.
