The installers came within the indicated time frame and did a great job fixing my window. I can't tell there was ever any damage and the window matches the original. I'm glad I decided to go back the next morning to get the work done. The technician that worked on my car was extremely nice and very considerate. He was out and ready to start on my car before I could even blink. The guy who had been at the desk the previous day was still there and was much nicer this time around. Safelite sd they removed the door panel to get the shattered glass out. I am NOT convinced. Would hv taken the vehicle a 3rd time, but got a person not even trained to do this kind of work give a try at it. He was able to get enough glass out that would fill about an 8-10oz+ glass. He used an air blower to blow the glass around and out and a vacuum to suck it out. Good service is really hard to find.
