I accidentally hit a planter backing into my driveway and did some damage to the rear quarter panel. I went to Steve for advice as to who to bring my 2019 Mustang GT/CS to. Next thing I know he's running into his shop and comes out with a bunch of his tools. He said I can make this much better. And so he did. All I need now is some touchup paint which I will have Steve take care of. What else can I say. Have your vehicle done by All Hands and they will always be there for you.

I wanted to wait this long to make sure there wasn't any issues with the tinting (a.k.a. bubbles). Steven came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He was a total professional who did everything promised. Steven even provided some solid and valuable tips on maintaining the new tinted window and the existing ones as well. The window he tinted looks as good today as the day I got it back! Thank you Steve for a job well done. My highest recommendation!!

But I'm here and okay. Also we are from NY, and moved to the area a year ago and haven't used body shops yet. Location is key because this shop is near bjs. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

A representative was walking through my neighborhood in Conway, SC after doing some work across the…read morestreet. He saw the cracks in my windshield and knocked on my door. My Durango is 7 months old and had two cracks already. I am not the type who likes to be bothered when I'm off and home, but I'm glad I opened the door this time. The rep explained who he was, and why he was in the area. I explained to him, that one crack had recently been repaired and filled by another glass co. The second I had just received a week ago. I had already got the repair approved through my insurance company, and had an appt for the 7th. He explained that they were a smaller local company, which I prefer. And they were approved to do work through my insurance carrier. (I told him who my ins company was). He had their number in his phone. He called, and in less than 5 min I had changed from the other company to Showtime to have my windshield replacement done. I arrived ten min before my appt and they took my vehicle right in. The shop waiting area is bright and clean. Just like advertised they have free snacks, plus video games, a pool table, large video monitors on wall, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The tech who worked on my SUV kept me updated on the process. He was polite and professional. (I must apologize, I do not remember his name, but he is from the west and loves off road Baja racing). In a little over an hour my vehicle was returned to me, repaired and with all of the traffic safety sensors recalibrated and working properly. My vehicle was neat inside, no trash or dirt left in it. Other than a few fingerprint near the rear view mirror, their was no evidence of a repair. (I only noticed this cause as my girls say, I'm a freak about clean glass). I have driven the vehicle for the last couple of days, and it has rained almost constantly since the repair. No water leaks, nor any wind noise or undue sounds. Our Durango looks like it did when I took it off the dealers' lot the day I bought it. I'm am very pleased with Showtime and their work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs glass repair on their vehicle.
