In town from Nashville visiting family and my windshield got a huge crack in it from the drive. Insurance sent me to Show Time Glass and 10/10 on the entire experience. They were very helpful in setting up a time to get my windshield replaced by the next day. The building was in a convenient location and easy to find. Upon walking in I was greeted by their friendly staff and directed to wait in the waiting room for them to finish the service. They had everything from classic arcade games, flat screen TVs, pool tables, fast WIFI and free snacks and drinks. Don't forget to grab some Ice cream on the way out too! This business was great from start to finish. A representative was in our neighborhood and talked to us about our windshield being replaced. She was very personable and professional and put us at ease immediately. We opted to use their company and she assisted us with making the claim to our insurance company. Within just a few days we were approved and the work was completed. Our only regret is that they came to our house for the work so we missed out on visiting their business location which looks amazing and fun!!! While vacationing for the holiday in Myrtle Beach, we had a chip in the windshield that we wanted fixed asap before it spread. We phoned Showtime and Tim promptly answered. While he was unable to accommodate us that day (Saturday), he shared that they could provide service on Monday. We arrived on Monday and were serviced immediately. (Tim handled the request himself.) While the wait was brief, we took advantage of the complimentary amenities that make the time fly by. (The kid in me felt nostalgic as I played a game of Pac-Man, snacking on candy and drinks.) A great experience with professional installation, personal office experience going way above and beyond expectations! In this age of lack of manners and impersonal experiences Show Time personnel were so kind and experienced with professional touch. I was late and still greeted with kindness and professionalism. Let me tell you about this place and Justin, the owner. I took my car in after getting hit in the back - glass everywhere, blown out back window, and some dents and dings. Justin is the nicest shop owner I've ever met. He took my car in immediately, cleaned out all the glass, prepped my car for the body shop, and gave me a few valuable pointers. I called for a rock chip repair and had gotten quotes from other spots locally and it was going to be over $100. Showtime actually fit me in that day and didn't even charge for my small repair. Brought my 2021 TRD pro 4 Runner to them for a front windshield. Place was supper clean. Easy to find and in a good area. The service was amazing. All the guys there were nice and a pleasure to deal with. They went over and above to make sure the process was easy and the workmanship was excellent. I brought my son with me and during the wait he had a blast playing the games and enjoying the free snacks. One of the owners even taught him how to play darts. So I brought my 91 Honda Civic to show time glass for a windshield replacement. When they got the windshield off we found out that the car had some major rust spots! That didn't spot them from working magic though! Before showtime put their hands on my car it leaked every time it rained! It's been 24 hours now and I've seen no signs of water coming through! This place was awesome! They went out of their way to make me happy. They worked around my time schedule so that I could get in quickly. Their waiting area is like a cool bachelor's pad with arcade games, free snacks, drinks, candies and more. They gave me a gift bag when I left to keep my windshield clean. We had a problem with water leaking into the car when it rained. Had it to a previous shop, but problem was still there. They asked right away if we had a sunroof. When we arrived they started checking right away and fixed the problem in the fastest time for an extremely reasonable fee. We highly recommend their service.
