I was on a family vacation in Myrtle Beach and noticed a small chip in my windshield. Was thinking of waiting until we got back home, but didn't want to risk the damage to the windshield getting on the 7 hour drive back home. Looked up Show Time Glass on Yelp and gave them a call. The guy who answered (sorry I don't recall your name) was friendly and said he could fit me in that day, which I was grateful for. He said the repair was minor and I wouldn't be charged--I was thinking I was to shell out at least $75 for the repair. We arrived at Show TIme Glass and they were very friendly and had a complimentary entertainment area while we waited. While waiting I noticed how clean and professional the workshop looked. After what seemed like a little over 15 minutes they said the repair was done. They said the repair looked better than good and I can attest to that! The repair was hardly noticeable and I felt confident it was done correctly and we won't have a problem with that part of the windshield. Also, a shout out for the complimentary glass cleaner and wipe along with the $30 coupon for the Lobster House they gave us! read more

In town from Nashville visiting family and my windshield got a huge crack in it from the drive. Insurance sent me to Show Time Glass and 10/10 on the entire experience. They were very helpful in setting up a time to get my windshield replaced by the next day. The building was in a convenient location and easy to find. Upon walking in I was greeted by their friendly staff and directed to wait in the waiting room for them to finish the service. They had everything from classic arcade games, flat screen TVs, pool tables, fast WIFI and free snacks and drinks. Don't forget to grab some Ice cream on the way out too! The customer service and experience turned a mundane task of getting glass replaced into an easy and fun way to make time fly by through the environment that Show Time Glass provides to its customers. It's not easy to come across a business that offers the type of service this place provided. My windshield was replaced within 30 minutes and looks crystal clear and seamlessly new. I would highly recommend going here for any vehicle glass repair needs! read more

As an owner of 2 Jeep Wranglers, I have had to replace my fair share of windshields in the past few years due to horrible roads and debris kicking up while driving in South Carolina. This process was thought to be stressful because dealing with most insurance companies & repair companies in the past is a nightmare. This wasn't the case with Show Time Glass, Justin, the rep that assisted me, walked me through the process and even called my insurance company for me. The professionalism that Justin exuded was second to none. Within a half hour of reaching out to them, I had my replacement date set up. The Show Time Glass install guy even came to my place of business once & to my house twice. This was a very convenient service. After seeing the quality from the initial call all the way through install, I was blown away with a quality experience. Thank you for being a trusted company to the greater Myrtle Beach area. You have a customer in me for life. One more time, thank you. read more

My wife & I were on a trip to our daughters in Florida when a passing truck threw a stone & it cracked our windshield. When we got home I went to ShowTime Auto Glass for repairs. When I first walked into the shop I was really impressed as to their surroundings. They are definitely customer oriented !! If you have to wait for your car to be finished there is plenty to keep you entertained & fed. That is caring for your customers ! Years ago I owned my own business & the customer was KING. This shop has that same mentality ! All of the staff that we met were great ! Friendly, caring, & striving for customer satisfaction. When I find something good I really like sharing it with family & friends. I highly recommend this shop if you need glass work done. Jim Bolig Myrtle Beach, SC read more

This business was great from start to finish. A representative was in our neighborhood and talked to us about our windshield being replaced. She was very personable and professional and put us at ease immediately. We opted to use their company and she assisted us with making the claim to our insurance company. Within just a few days we were approved and the work was completed. Our only regret is that they came to our house for the work so we missed out on visiting their business location which looks amazing and fun!!! Coming to the house and doing the work there was perfect for our schedule and the technicians were very nice and efficient. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with at this company was terrific. We will definitely recommend Showtime to others. read more

While vacationing for the holiday in Myrtle Beach, we had a chip in the windshield that we wanted fixed asap before it spread. We phoned Showtime and Tim promptly answered. While he was unable to accommodate us that day (Saturday), he shared that they could provide service on Monday. We arrived on Monday and were serviced immediately. (Tim handled the request himself.) While the wait was brief, we took advantage of the complimentary amenities that make the time fly by. (The kid in me felt nostalgic as I played a game of Pac-Man, snacking on candy and drinks.) The ultimate display of customer service was when it was time to close out and we were charged $0.00! The service was completed absolutely free. Thank you Showtime! read more

A great experience with professional installation, personal office experience going way above and beyond expectations! In this age of lack of manners and impersonal experiences Show Time personnel were so kind and experienced with professional touch. I was late and still greeted with kindness and professionalism. Going to the shop was rewarding, the fun games and air money machine paid for lunch plus coupon for dinner and snacks and drinks available just for showing up! I am not big on writing reviews but utilize them. I am serious when I highly recommend Show Time for their fine work and pleasant experience. Thank me later for your efficient pleasant experience. 10 stars read more

Let me tell you about this place and Justin, the owner. I took my car in after getting hit in the back - glass everywhere, blown out back window, and some dents and dings. Justin is the nicest shop owner I've ever met. He took my car in immediately, cleaned out all the glass, prepped my car for the body shop, and gave me a few valuable pointers. NOW comes yhe place itself... pool table, video games, tons of snacks and drinks, 2 big TVs, clean comfy sofas, and it's clean and neat. What a pleasure to do business with! Brought my 2021 TRD pro 4 Runner to them for a front windshield. Place was supper clean. Easy to find and in a good area. The service was amazing. All the guys there were nice and a pleasure to deal with. They went over and above to make sure the process was easy and the workmanship was excellent. I brought my son with me and during the wait he had a blast playing the games and enjoying the free snacks. One of the owners even taught him how to play darts. So I brought my 91 Honda Civic to show time glass for a windshield replacement. When they got the windshield off we found out that the car had some major rust spots! That didn't spot them from working magic though! Before showtime put their hands on my car it leaked every time it rained! It's been 24 hours now and I've seen no signs of water coming through! This is an awesome company who cares solely about their customers, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass work and an entertaining wait while the work is done. read more

We had a problem with water leaking into the car when it rained. Had it to a previous shop, but problem was still there. They asked right away if we had a sunroof. When we arrived they started checking right away and fixed the problem in the fastest time for an extremely reasonable fee. We highly recommend their service. Had my windshield replaced at my house and was not happy with the results. I called and they scheduled an appointment at their shop. They admitted it was substandard, had 3 techs work on my windshield to get me out fast and could not have been nicer. They turned a negative into a huge positive....highly recommended!!!
