This is the WORST HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They talk a good game and then send…read moreuntrained technicians; refuse to give maintenance tickets; convince you to do costly air flow tests that are not necessary (got my 92 year old father to pay $500 up front for a test that wasn't needed; a vent was closed and that it why the rooms weren't getting even air flow); do not answer the phone half the time and refuse to provide a report for the $500 test they did as well as refuse to refund any monies to me. I hope this helps other people in the future. This company claims to be veteran owned but no veteran would ever do business like this. They are scamming people out of money and using veteran status to do it!

It began to leak and the crooks wouldn't take responsibility, they refused to answer my calls, then moved. Enough of them. After being in this situation, I found it difficult to find a reputable contractor to make the repairs. I contacted Home Advisor, who referred me to Contract Exteriors. They sent a Roofing Inspector come to my home to evaluate the damages, but first, the cause. He found pounds of nails on my roof and that the crooks had skip nailed it. There was no installation kits around my skylights. No wonder I had interior leaks. Randy sent his men to the rescue. The Roof Inspector was so appalled by what he saw, he came back with his men and they removed and replaced the roof vent and tiles. He ordered installation kits for the skylights and installed them. He checked the exterior and attic, as well as the interior, to make sure there would be no leaks. Randy sent John, the manager in charge of the interior repairs. John called and told me he wanted to wait a few weeks to see if there are any leaks. We had a rain deluge and John came over to inspect if there were any further damage. He had his men come to my home, and make the repairs. All in all the whole project was done in less than 4 weeks. In that time, I had the opportunity to speak to the office manager, who was so kind and helpful. I wanted to thank this office in person for all they had done for me. They felt bad that I was left in this situation and were right there for me. I spoke to Randy himself, and told him that I would be pursuing litigation against the crooks. I felt like Randy was my big brother, with his protective arm around me. He told me not to worry about them, and provided me with paperwork I needed to pursue my case. He never mentioned that a ton of dust would be created when cutting through grout, and did not attempt to put up plastic, so the entire house was covered in micro-dust just 2 weeks after the house was freshly painted. The owner called me after I inquired about the silica dust, but didn't offer any help for the extra charge or mess created. They are coming back today to fix issues created when they did the job the first time. I would not recommend them.

She got back to me in a couple of days, but said they couldn't do just the one side of the screened porch but they could do the entire screened porch?? They also had an independent person who could possibly so it - but he said also that he couldn't do. I clarified with her that they could do the entire porch but not just the one side. She said yes. Didn't make sense to me. So in otherwords, they didn't want a "smallish" job is the message I was getting. It is a totally screened porch - simply replacing the screens with windows. I did find someone to do it and have to say, I am disappointed with Window World. There was no valid reason that they gave me as to why it couldn't be done nor did they even bother sending someone out to see it. Not sure I would ever use them or recommend them. And from reading some of the reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet.

Questions, endless paint color changes requested by us, requests to use Sherwin-Williams paint instead of their preferred project, last-minute changes, and last-minute repairs that had to be done to the siding were all handled professionally, kindly, and promptly. The job was excellent. They did their own minor carpentry work, which saved us hundreds of dollars if we had had to hire someone separately, as many paint companies would have asked us to do. The cleanup, final details, and finish work were most impressive to us. They walked the job with us at completion and then came back a day later to make sure that we were happy. I ran my own painting company for many years, and I have to candidly admit that Paint Rx was much better than our company! They are outstanding. They are willing to do small projects; overall, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I reserve 5 stars for jobs completed to full satisfaction without major issues. We hired Paint RX to complete the interior painting of our newly purchased home. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to be present while the work was being completed. Jacob was assigned to oversee our entire project. Based on what we walked into, we honestly do not believe he ever stepped foot in our home or provided meaningful oversight. We were told on Friday, August 21, 2026, that the project was completed. When we arrived home on August 23rd, we were shocked. The entire home was covered in dust, dirt, and a film of something on virtually everything. Trash, paint containers, drywall containers, old vents, and debris were left in the kitchen. Furniture had not been put back properly, and much of it had not been adequately protected. We also discovered four doors had never been painted, sloppy workmanship, paint on our white trim from improper taping, and areas where oil-based paint had not been properly prepped before being painted over. As a result, the new paint would peel right off. Had the project been properly overseen, many of these issues could have been caught before we ever arrived home. Along with the poor workmanship, Jacob bears significant responsibility for the lack of oversight. Now for what sets Paint RX apart. Paint RX owned up to every issue we had--and then some. We are extremely grateful to Gene, Louie, Dan, and owner Joel. They all played a role in turning what started as a nightmare into a beautiful home. After we notified Gene and sent pictures, she immediately involved Joel. We made it clear we did not want Jacob returning, and Gene completely understood. She arranged for Louie and a teammate to correct the problems. Louie was absolutely great to work with. He redid patchwork, painted the four unpainted doors, corrected the improper work, and even redid additional trim that we thought was acceptable but he felt needed improvement. When the improperly prepped oil-based paint became an issue, Gene brought Dan in to oversee the situation. Dan made sure the proper oil-based primer was obtained and that the affected doors and trim were redone correctly. Louie and Dan also discovered additional problems we hadn't noticed and took the initiative to correct those as well. This is where I have to give Paint RX credit. They stood behind their work. They made no excuses and never told us something was "good enough." They continued working until we were 100% satisfied and repeatedly apologized for the original workmanship and lack of oversight. The End Result Once everything was completed correctly, we could finally appreciate how beautiful our home looked. The colors turned out beautifully, and we are very happy with the finished product. I want to be fair to Paint RX. If something goes wrong, they will stand behind their work and make every effort to correct it. Not every company does that. The original workmanship and project oversight were frustrating and unacceptable. However, when we brought the problems to their attention, they took responsibility, brought in the right people, and stayed with it until everything was done correctly. That is why I am giving Paint RX 4 stars instead of a lower rating. Good companies make mistakes. Great companies take responsibility and make them right. In the end, Paint RX did exactly that. Would I hire Paint RX again? Absolutely.

Upon inspection he found some hail damage & all I'd have to pay for a new roof was my deductible. I asked how much will my premium go up? He told me it wouldn't being an act of God! Being I only had a $1000 deductible I said if you can give me a new roof for $1000 knock yourself out! He contacted my insurance company, called in a claim & had an adjuster come out and check it out. I didn't have to do a thing. The adjuster agreed with Anthony & approved the job. Upon finishing the job Anthony gave me a $500 coupon which knocked down my payment to $500. I couldn't be more happier with the job they did & the roof looks beautiful.
