Although the manufacturer indicated this was a DIY type assembly, the instructions convinced us otherwise. It was definitely a two man job and required the right tools. Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. We are so glad we hired Jason and would definitely use him again. Jason is professional and reasonably priced and we definitely recommend him as a handyman based on our experience.

This remodel involved a complete demo of all of the interior walls in the front part of the house and all of the flooring throughout the house. Since the front of the house was built as a summer cottage in the late 50's there was little to no insulation in the exterior walls and the HVAC could never keep it cool in the summer. Front of house was insulated, rewired, new drywall installed, updated kitchen installed, new HVAC system installed and new vinyl plank flow was installed throughout the whole house as well as new paint.
