Review for Up and Over Roofing…read more Do not trust this company. I hired them to replace my roof and the job was mishandled from start to finish. Key issues included: Inaccurate and misleading quotes (dormer removal not properly addressed). Poor project management with inexperienced workers and no qualified oversight. Failure to perform a water test before or after installation, resulting in continued leaks. Shifting blame to siding and windows instead of standing behind their roofing work. Unprofessional conduct from management, including refusal to take accountability and inappropriate language during communication. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem, my roof continues to leak. This company relies on inexperience, avoids responsibility, and fails to provide quality or professional service. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Throughout the process Levi was extremely courteous and helpful, to the point of referring me to a sub-contractor at the last minute to finish another project. When construction day came, the crew was professional and efficient, finishing exactly on schedule. At the final walk-through I was stunned at the result. Better than I could have imagined. They even color matched the vent pipes to coordinate with the roof and flashing. Who does that?? I've worked with MANY contractors over the years, and there are times when you come across a company that surprises you... integrity and quality across the whole team. Total Roofing Solutions is one of those companies.
