He failed to obtain the required City or SCDOT permits (which is a legal requirement, not optional), and as a result the City of North Myrtle Beach issued a stop-work order. These violations have been formally investigated by LLR, DOT, and city code enforcement, confirming the work was done illegally. He refused to provide contracts, change orders, permits, or receipts despite certified mail and attorney demands, and even tried to shift responsibility for permits onto me--which the law does not allow. When I arrived at my property, his crew was parked on the grass, my mailbox was knocked down, and the work was unprofessional from start to finish. On top of that he attempted to charge me additional charges without written permission,This contractor has no bond, no accountability, and no respect for city or state law. Save yourself the stress, legal bills, and damage--do not hire this company.

(With the help of BBB, and NC State Dept. of consumer affairs, and a lawyer) The only reason I didn't give them a 1, is because they returned our money.
