Today I had a problem with my phone. The young lady who helped me was fantastic!! She was the only employee present a at first and the were at least 3 customers present. Regardless of the number to serve she did an absolutely fantastic job. She was able get my phone working again. The whole time that she spent moving from customer to customer she maintained poise and her composure. You are fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. I went into Verizon yesterday for an upgrade and had a wonderful experience with Kiki. She was the only worker in the store and was the best multitasker I have ever seen helping other customers as we were waiting for my new phone to get activated. Because of an issue in the system and the new order not going through we were at the store for a lengthy almost 4 hours, but working with Kiki helped the time pass quickly. She even waived our initial activation fee because of the time we had to wait. I appreciate Kiki's vast knowledge of the issues we encountered and her willingness to go above and beyond to correct them. Thank you again Kiki! We thoroughly enjoyed working with you. Went to Verizon to open a new account, purchase 4 new phones for the family and get everything activated and all data transferred over. I can't express enough what an awesome job Valerie did to help us out in every way. She was very patient and kind. She thoroughly answered all of our questions and we left feeling taken care of. I had a problem with transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone. I had gone to the location on new centre (where I got my phone- wasn't aware of this location originally) to see if they could help. They were super unhelpful & told me I needed to go to geek squad. After getting no help from either place I saw this location & stopped in. David immediately went to work on trying to help me fix the issue & spent a GOOD amount of time trying to figure it out. We weren't able to that day so I came back today (Monday) to try again and David again was super helpful with trying to figure it out, he had to go on a conference call, so Valerie came over (and saved the day) and was also ridiculously helpful & patient and we eventually got most of my info transferred over. Both David & Valerie were awesome. BUT I also wanna give recognition to KiKi(?) who was working both days & KILLING it. She was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable to everyone she encountered. I definitely recommend this location! read more

This is not an actual Verizon they only sell stuff other than that they are less than helpful. Also there seems to only ever be 1-2 people working and a long line(" be with you in a second" turns into 20 or 30 minutes) so if you really need anything I suggest you go on up to the one at Oleander. The folks at the Oleander (beside Toys R Us) are very helpful and there are plenty of knowledgeable employees to take care of your needs very quickly. read more

Never go here. I repeat, never go here. I came in for a 3:00 appointment, showed up on time, and when I walked in no one acknowledged me. I was invisible to them. After I questioned whether or not I was wearing a cloak of invisibility, an employee finally approached me. She sat me down and quickly fled to the back room. Then a gentleman was told to take care of me. I asked about the iPhone 12 trade in promo. He tried to do some simple math to tell me how much I would owe if I traded in my iPhone 11(I had to help him when he got stuck trying to subtract 700 from 810) Tough. After I asked about the other phones he rudely told me I could go check them out in the display. Once I stood up he left the desk instantly. I wouldn't go back here even if they were giving out a free phone. Horrible customer service. Go to any other Verizon store even if it is in a different state because you will get nothing done if you go here. read more

The young man, Eric, that helped my 91 YO mother get a new iPhone (because she jumped in the pool with her old one) is to be highly commended! He was so helpful, respectful, considerate and patient with my technology challenged mom. ( I mean she's 91 and uses an iPhone) he explained everything clearly and repeated everything necessary! I spent $1000 on a new iPhone 11 and accessories 4 months ago at this store and had a problem with the wireless charging pad this week. It stopped charging the phone and began flashing red. When I took it back to this store they said it had a faulty cord and I would have to send it back to pure-gear. Can you believe it? I couldn't! They wouldn't give me a new $2 cable to make me happy. Stay away from this store. They don't care that you're not satisfied even if you've dumped a boat load of money in there. read more
