The service was top notch. I came in Thursday and Friday to look for sandals for myself and a hat for my wife. I found the selection of items great. They carry what some big chains carry but they also have more. I ended up purchasing the comfiest pair of sandals I have ever had before. Freewaters Cloud 9 are amazing. For my wife the goal was a hat that would block the sun from her face and float. They carry Turtle Fur which accomplishes that! I am a very slow deliberate shopper but I found the customer service so great and the value for several items so good, I bought in store happily. Atlantic eye care was close to my home and accepted my insurance. I called for an appointment in early December and was scheduled for early February. Two months seemed like a long time but it's been four years so I took the appointment. After waiting the two months the day of the appointment I was called and told the doctor was sick and they would call and reschedule me. I got a call in a few days and was scheduled for the following week. The day of that appointment I received another call stating the doctor was still sick and that they would call to reschedule my appointment. That call never came. After ten days or so I stopped by the office to reschedule and was told the best they could do would be the first week of May. That's another two months. I consider that to be terrible customer service and decided to write this review. In an area where there are so many people one persons' business doesn't matter. Treating people this way has become the norm just about everywhere. The only thing we have as consumers and citizens are our wallets, our votes, and reviews. Do as you will but once I see this side of a business I would never hand them my hard earned money.
