We had great service in finding a specific audio piece of equipment that we were looking for but then, when we went to purchase our one item, we were directed to customer service where there was a long line of customers making returns. They didn't have a single person to just let us check out, so we sat in line for at least 10 minutes before leaving our item, walking out and ordering from Amazon instead. The line never moved and, even though it wasn't busy, other than customers making returns, management and customer service did nothing. Ill go straight to Amazon from now on. Time for Best Buy to make some management changes in Vero, asap.

The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.

He left a fan to dry out the area. He will return to replace the base. The terrible smell has abated and by end of week we should have a dry functioning cabinet base. As I was getting out of the car, the staff locked the doors early while looking directly at us. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was worse. 2 out of the 3 of the employees actually flipped me and my children off after locking the door. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior, especially toward a parent with kids. I understand closing times, but there is no excuse for that kind of treatment. Management seriously needs to address this. You just lost my sale . And I needed 5 phones and home internet but he couldn't t take that time to even just let me get the internet tonight.
