After supporting this company and trusting them to provide reliable service, I am frustrated by the lack of accountability, customer appreciation, and professionalism. What makes this experience even worse is being blamed as the customer for mistakes that AT&T should be taking responsibility for. Instead of acknowledging their errors, correcting the problem, and making things right, the burden is placed on the customer to deal with the consequences. That is unacceptable. A company should value the people who consistently pay their bills and remain loyal to its services. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling as though customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to AT&T. When something goes wrong, customers should not have to fight to be heard, repeatedly explain themselves, or take responsibility for mistakes they did not make. AT&T needs to do better. Take accountability, train representatives to resolve issues professionally, and stop treating loyal customers as if they are the problem.
