Despite never disclosing this, he said I would have to deal with the extra heat and tough luck. When I tried to explain that I never would have wanted a LED screen, he started screening on the phone "Don't tell me how to run my business, I'll push this red button on my iPhone and hang up on you." Needless to say, I should have known better because this is a very low quality shop and you get what you pay for. I'd say be careful before doing business here, but when you walk into his little hole in the wall shop which is very rundown, you'll immediately understand what level of businessman you're working with.

I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Another day of no communication- was told he was working on it. The next day, was told I needed an FPL form. I had emailed and spoken to FPL with no mention of a form. He could not take my email (I had already provided) due to driving so I texted. Day 4's follow up was back to the form again. I said "if you're too busy, maybe I should try to get a quote elsewhere" to which he replied "ok" and hung up.
