I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. A cell phone battery will only last as long as the manufacturer "allows" a generic battery to work. If you want the brand name battery, you need to order it through them in order to get the battery that will last as long as if it were new. The bad review from another review chose the generic brand.

ATT was offering up to 1000 for trade in so we had to fix it otherwise lose out on 300 dollars. So called a bunch of places and found this place. The owner was going to fix it for a significant amount less. I went to the store and brought my phone. The owner was an awesome guy who also makes other things. We chatted for a while. He quoted a price over the phone, looked over the unit and asked if a 1-2 day turnaround was fine- no problem from me on that.
