HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I took an iPhone 6 that was frozen due to a software issue here so that they could do a factory reset for me. It's a pretty simple process that I later discovered the apple store would have done for FREE! But anyways, I told them when I left the phone with them that I was going to be flying out of state in 4 days and asked if they could get to it before then, the women at the front desk assured me that it would be done the next day and that they would call me when it was done. So 3:00 pm rolls around on the following day, and still no call. So I call them to see how it's going and she seemed to have a lot of trouble locating my phone. Once my phone was located they told me that they hadn't got to my phone yet because Juan (the owner) hadn't came in yet and he fixes all of the phones, but yet again assured me that he would be in this afternoon and it would be done tomorrow. On the following day I received no call, so on the next morning I called in to check and see how it was going, and she again struggled to locate my phone, in fact she struggled so much with finding it that she asked if she could call me back once it was located. She calls back about 20 minutes later to tell me that Juan had taken my phone home with him to try and fix it from home and that he wouldn't have it back until the next day... so I'm starting to get annoyed at this point, and I really stressed that I was going to be flying out of state and that I really needed my phone back by tomorrow, to which again they assured me it would be back in the store and fixed. So the next day rolls around and I call back to see if I can come pick up my phone yet, and AGAIN she struggled to find my phone, only to tell me that Juan was having issues with resetting the phone and that he needed another day. I reminded them again that I was leaving on the next day and my flight was departing at 8:30 p.m., and she told me that it would be ready before then and that they would give me a call when it was done. So it's about 1:00 p.m. on the next day and I still have not received a call, so I call and again she struggled With finding my phone, then she told me that she found it and that it was fixed and ready for me to pick up. So I drive down to the store only to be met with a "be back in 20 min" sign taped to the front door. So you just told me to come pick up the phone, and then left? So I waited for her to return, and when she did she went to find my phone, and she couldn't locate it... In disbelief, I told her that I just spoke with her on the phone and she told me that it was here and ready to pick up, to which she responded, " oh I thought this other phone was yours but this guy already picked it up so I was confused." She then had to call Juan to find out where my phone actually was, it turns out he still had my phone, and gave me the same excuse that he was having trouble with it and he wanted to keep it another day to try something else to fix it. At this point I am beyond annoyed, you have had my phone 4 days now for a simple hard reset, and I am now going to have to go on my trip without a phone even though you told me it would be ready 3 days ago! To which she responded, "oh did you tell him that you where going out of state?" I couldn't believe my ears, YES!! I told you when I left the phone here and every day sense! To which she replied, "oh that's weird, I'm sorry about that I just work here." So I ended up just buying a new phone while I was out of state so that I wouldn't be without a phone on vacation. I was gone for 7 days and the day after I returned I called yet again to see if my phone was ready to be picked up, to which the same women told me it was there and fixed. So I come to pick it up, only to find out that it was actually still frozen, and that after all of this I still had to pay $25 to get my phone back. I can't believe how incompetent and unprofessional these people where, if your needing a phone repaired, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, This is by far the worst phone repair store I have ever been to. read more

The lady at the front desk is one of the most incompetent people I have ever met, I mean she literally knows absolutely nothing about phones, not that the owner and other staff members are much better. I do not understand how this place is still in business, they kept my phone for WEEKS only to tell me that they couldn't fix it, then charged me $25 for wasting my time.
