My fiancé and I had a great experience with Matthew after the first employee glossed over our situation, making my fiancé try to arrange something different. Before we were about to leave, Matthew saw our worried faces and resolved our crisis ASAP taking complete initiative with grace and plenty of charisma. He was AMAZING, very knowledgeable, did not give us crap about joining our phone lines together and telling us more great deals that is going to save us a well amount of money. These people and the whole company are nothing but THIEVES, steal your money. This is the Stuart, FL store. Yes, the staff is entirely incompetent also, heads like rocks in a sock. The manager knows not to identify herself by name, she hides behind the issues at hand and has her co-workers tell you she's in a meeting and can't be reached. They have stolen money from me for over a year now and ignored my problem so I cancelled ALL my services related to AT&T. If you're thinking of switching to AT&T, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Do NOT believe their ''Free Phone" ads, it's a LIE from the thieves that they are. They will claim you didn't turn in a phone and charge you even if you have proof it was returned. Just signed up for U-verse through ATT- Ultimate incompetent organization I have ever experienced. We have and are currently experiencing one failure after another and I still am not operational. As I work out of my home operating a thriving business- my custom are being told my line is not in service. ATT TELLS ME IT WILL BE A WEEK BEFORE THEY CAN HELP ME. Is there someone out there with ATT WHO ACTUALLY CARES? If so .. I've been there several times recently and noticed a strange way that the staff greets customers. They seem to hang out in an area behind the showroom and come out in rotation, somehow. On one occasion, I seemed to be helped by one person, but he disappeared and then someone else took over (like a relay race). Nevertheless, I was served politely by two different people on separate occasions. Both times, I was actually advised where else I might find what I needed. I have no complaint, but do feel that the store is too large for what goes on there. read more

Had questions about charges on my bill. Had to wait 30 minutes to be "helped". "I can't help you if you're just now noticing these charges on your bill after they've been on there a year." - Jessica "There's no manager here tonight." - Jessica, when I asked to see a manager. "You'll have to call customer service." - Jessica, when asked who can help me if she cannot, and there's no manager. Granted: - I was already bothered by the year of BS insurance I was paying for and didn't request. - I was already PO'd having to wait 30 min while employees would finish with a customer then disappear into the back room for 5-10 minutes at a time. Plus: - And I was so thrilled having to wait for Jessica to leave, go into the back room, and get three different iPads until she found one that she could log into to view my account. - And it was so cute watching Jessica check her own phone three times when it rang while she was "helping" me. F this store and the losers who work there. They certainly don't need me coming in and complicating their sh***y little lives with my problems, so I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.
