NEW OWNERS as of May 2025 -- BEWARE. Do not trust this…read morecompany. I went to [I Fix and Repair] to get my iPhone battery replaced. At first, everything seemed fine -- but within a month, the phone started randomly shutting off and overheating, just like it did before the repair. When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero responsibility. Stay far away. **REPLYING to Devon's response below** I want to clarify that my intention was never to "extort" anyone. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. When I provided my bank statement as proof of the transaction, you declined to honor it because the repair wasn't found in your system. I then asked if you could open the phone and inspect the battery--since it was replaced at your location--and you stated that I would be charged again just to have it examined. Accusing me of leaving a fake review or acting unfairly is both inappropriate and unprofessional. I approached this situation with a willingness to resolve the issue respectfully, but your dismissive tone and assumptions have made it clear that customer service and constructive dialogue are not your priorities.

They are sending my new iPhone to the WRONG address that I specifically told them that they need to remove that address. Trisha Germain from the store called me saying that in order to fix the address to call back with the tracking number that they will call usps. I called back to get this handled and now I'm being told that I have to call usps myself. This lady had the nerve to be rude and talk over me as am I explaining to her that this is an inconvenience to me to keep have to call usps myself to fix their mistake. Then as I'm still trying to speak she hung up. Clearly customer service here isn't in their skill set. I ended up calling the customer care line and they ACTUALLY helped! I had a very disappointing experience at Street Talk Repair…read more My phone battery had swollen and needed to be replaced. I brought my phone to this location at the mall and was told they could replace the battery for an agreed price and that I should come back in about two hours. When I returned, I was told that a screw had been damaged/stripped during the repair and that if he continued trying to remove it, he could also break the glass. He offered to charge me less and have me finish the repair somewhere else, or told me that if I could get the screw removed elsewhere, he could continue the job. I went to another repair shop and had the screw successfully removed. I then discovered that my phone had not even been properly sealed back up after the work that had already been done. I returned to Street Talk Repair simply asking him to finish sealing the phone properly -- something I believe should have been part of the repair I had already paid for. Instead, he asked me for additional payment and began arguing with me. At that point I left. I brought in a phone that needed a battery replacement and ended up having to visit another repair shop, deal with additional problems, and then was asked to pay more just to have the phone properly closed and sealed. Based on my experience, I found the service unprofessional and the handling of the situation irresponsible. I would not trust this location with another device.
