They replied within minutes with a surprisingly low price. After a few exchanges of texts, I was told that walk-ins were welcomed. So, I waited for an opportunity to drive from (Durham side of...) the RTP area all the way to Raleigh just to visit them and see what they were all about. I could not have made a more wiser decision because once I was there the manager, who was one of the nicest people I've ever met, was more than accommodating to me and in less than 35 minutes my screen and LCD was fully repaired and even provided me a few extra perks for making the long trip there. This is a newly opened store, although they have a much older-established store in Cary, please send your business to this Raleigh store in Townridge shopping Center on Glenwood Ave... because they are very efficient and very high on customer service. We came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2-3pm. You check in up front and then sit down and wait. We were fifteenth in line, but it did move faster than expected. Seating is very limited. While we waited we watched an altercation between an employee and a customer with unruly children that ended with the cops being called. So I would have given three stars, BUT my husband spent about 60 minutes on the phone with Spectrum after we got home because the service was not properly activated.

Came in to buy a new battery for my UPS. Service was friendly. Was assured by Michael that the…read morebattery sold to me was fully charged, and that all their batteries are sold fully charged. He did not check the charge on the battery before giving it to me. I get the battery home and install it into my UPS and the unit shows no charge in the battery. I call the store and speak with Megan. I tell her I am going to charge the battery and she says the UPS itself may be faulty. I agree. I charge the battery for 16 hours overnight with little hope. I turn it on, and lo and behold the UPS is showing a full battery charge. When I call to tell them they sold me an uncharged battery Megan tells me that this was "impossible" because all their batteries are sold fully charged. She speaks with Chris the manager, and comes back again with the same lame excuse "We only sell fully charged batteries." Well, pretty obvious that was not my experience. The arrogance is unreal. I am not offered a discount for my inconvenience, or at the very least, a longer warranty (they offer 1 year with battery purchases). Not even an apology. I doubt they care, but I will not return to this store.

(They said when i received it 5years ago it was in the paperwork, lol) in2018. when I had my phone numbers ported they dismantled my account access on the app & online. T-Mobile is by far the worst mobile phone provider I have ever had in my life…read more I have reached out to them this last weekend multiple times and they have done nothing to resolve my issue. From over 20 failed calls in one day to texts not going through when I send them or receive them. My texts were delayed by 4 hours. I can't even tell you how many times I called T-Mobile this weekend. My situation was not resolved. Aside from that I spoke with some guy on the phone who used my personal information from my T-mobile account to email me from his personal email. Super creepy and by far the worst experience. Definitely not professional at all!!!
