Then they rented me a truck that broke down after driving it back to my apartment. Don't even get me started on the process of dealing with UHAUL to figure out how to fix the truck. I will never ever come back to this location and recommend that you don't either.

Handing it over to the second tech shop, I could hear screws moving around. Later found that pieces and software were missing. A horrible experience. They clearly didn't know what they were doing. I doubt the two positive reviews in 2019. Oh, and the front customer area was filthy--lots of dust and dog hair during my many visits to the store.

I called in and asked them if they could fix iPhone 6 screen damage. The employee was very unsure…read moreof the pricing or even what I was talking about. He originally quoted 120-140, when I finally got him to understand that I have an iPhone 6, he "searched his inventory" for the price and told me it would be 160-180. Why are all of their prices in a range? I even informed him apple does the repair for much less and he replied, "well you should go there." I guess they dont want business? I tried to inquire more but the guy just cut me off and ended the conversation. I dont think I would trust someone as an IT or computer repair specialist that doesnt even now the difference between iPhone models. Very, very unprofessional.

I cannot say enough about these guys. During 2017 while I was having my home remodeled, I…read moreresearched companies that would be able to give me an estimate of a remodel of the 20+ year old sound system that was installed in the 90's, together with an addition to my garden area. I stopped in and met Dan and Ed and was very impressed with his knowledge and confidence in accomplishing the task. (I had been warned by my GC not to use several other companies that he had encountered with other projects in the past.) I proceeded with IE as they had a 5 Star rating on Google. We agreed on a price and time for them to come by for the project. The professionalism of this group was apparent. They always showed up on time- and with a very positive attitude, they went about doing their work. The outcome was exactly what I had expected, so I asked them to revamp my internet access throughout the house. As before, they went about their business in a professional manner. Each time, Ed showed up to be certain that the plan was enforced. In addition to this, they were sometimes able to look remotely into my account to help me. If necessary, they arranged a time to be here. There were several iterations of the internet revamp, but the end result was to have the internet service stable throughout my home-which has three distinct floors. The thing about this group is that each and every time I require some help: if my internet is acting up or if my security system is acting finicky, all I have to do is call Intelligent Electronics. The customer service they provide is always available in the same pleasant and professional manner as was present before the sale! How many companies can you say that about? If you're looking for a company to exceed your expectations in this area, including post sale customer service-look to Intelligent Electronics.

Told me if you want to save money pack as much of it as you can and we'll pack what's left. We packed up 90% of the house. There packers came to my house weeks later to finish and was there for 1.5 hours and charged me $850.00. After the move the price was $800 more than what was quoted to me because they said we were 3000# over the estimated weight price. I can see being off by 1000# but 3000#? When I contacted the "franchise manager" Chris of the Garner, NC office, he told me he would look into it. Waiting for his reply verbally never came. A week later I received an email from him basically saying " tough shit" and he charged my credit card. The balance of the move with the additional $800. What better way to get your business. They give you the cheapest quote and charge you a deposit then after the move is done they tell you your weight is more than they said it was. That goes for the packing portion also. If they would have packed my entire 2300 sq ft house how do they come up with $1500-2000 quote? It would have taken them at least 4 more hours to pack the whole house and would have been much more than quoted. These guys under quote there prices to get your business. When they do the job the price is considerably higher. Go with someone else. What is the purpose of a virtual walk thru when it means nothing to the final bill? I knew it was an estimated weight but being off 3000# is unacceptable.
