Thank GOODNESS I didn't have a reason to ask for help on a more expensive item. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER WAS A TOTAL A**. The prices are a little on the high side and I can live with that if the customer service is OK. But this was worse than anything I might expect at a Walmart or a Target AND more expensive. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HIGHER PRICES AND CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think perhaps he doesn't realize there are many vape stores and people have a choice. So I picked up a delta 10 vape pen cartridge on Monday. I found out after that Wednesday offers 20% off. Didn't see anything about it written anywhere but I figured if I just brought it back today (Wednesday) I could swap it out and get the discount. I've been there several times without discount so I figured it would be nice to get one this time. ;) Nope. He basically said, too bad. Tough luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone get anything because apparently you are SOL if there's a price change or some other reason to return an item. More detail: I wanted a discount on an item that I found out went on sale after I got it. The manager said at the very bottom of the receipt it says no returns. I saw no signs, and nothing was said to me about that when I got it. I said, ok, well can I just get a replacement charger for my pen? Those are $3.00 (probably cost them $1.00). As as a small business owner I know a little gesture like that could help build good will. I might have even taken it as an opportunity to realize managing customer expectations is my job as an owner and decided it cost me $1.00 to realize an obvious sign would help, AND I would have gained an appreciative customer. But instead the manger got rude, said it was all on me and no way he would do anything, I should've looked at the tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. I asked to speak to the owner. He said no, that he was the manager and too bad but tough luck.

The reason why I made my purchase with this company online because the high reviews on various…read morewebsites including this one. So I made my first purchase with this company on June 1st. I didn't hear anything after 7 days. So I emailed the company twice and left a voicemail requesting for a order status update and a tracking number. No one replied, called back or picked up their phone. I started getting very concerned, I made more researches still a lot of websites gave it very high reviews except one website, one star out of five. It was like that's the only website had victims like me, no one answered their emails, didn't receive the order and merchandise arrived in very bad condition. At that point, I emailed this company and asked to cancel my order for a refund 11 days after my purchase. Same, no reply. I had to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction. The day after I contacted my bank, Daily Vita emailed me saying my bank marked them as fraud, and they asked me to send them a picture of my credit card and my credit card statement. I refused. After 13days, I finally got my refund. It showed this company does have people read emails and has ability to contact customer. However, they either do not care about the customer or doing something suspicious. Now I feel all the 5 star reviews are very questionable.

We were greeted my the friendly staff name Mike. I stated that I am new to the game and really needed assistance on what to purchase. Mike showed me the selections in the showcase and explained what the different types of vapes there was. I was awed by the many selection of juices that was available when I was shown the juice menu. Wow! Mike let me tried out any juices that were of interest to me. Mike was very knowledgeable of the products and he took the time and showed me how to install the parts of the vape. I was clueless until Mike had to show me how to put the juice in. Mike even said if I ever had any questions to feel free and stop by again. Next time I have got to check out the game room with the pool table and arcade, and check out the bar area. I will most definitely be a regular at Trinity Vapor Lounge! I cannot understand why anyone would give any of Sherwin's e-liquids a one star, they are great. My favorite is Blk Jack and it's the best tobacco flavor e-liquid I have ever tried. It's true magic in a bottle made by an e-liquid wizard. I hate that I cannot order online any longer as I am 4 hours away. I wish Trinity Vape sold one shots online for those of us who mix our own.
