He wasn't the most welcoming pleasant person but he did put my order in for the new Samsung fold phone. I wanted the large with the most memory available. He told me that it should be here by Thursday and to wait for someone to call when it's here. I kept checking the Verizon site and it showed the order but no updates on arrival. Over a week later, no one had called so we decided to drive back to see if it's arrived. When I tried calling their number, either it kept ringing or the call went to the main Verizon line. Walked in 9 days later, I was greeted by Andres. He was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, professional and very helpful. He was able to locate my new phone in the back. He patiently assisted me in transferring the information from my old phone to the new one. I am so thankful for Andres as he totally changed my mind about canceling my Verizon account. I came in upset and left satisfied because of how professional he is. If every person was as polite and professional as Andres, there would be more happy customers.

I gave two phones for trade in and then he gave me an invoice for 580$ I checked that he charged me for each set up go service smart phone 39.99$- 39.99$ two times and charged me 24.99$ for showing me the gadget how it works for car and all accessories. Later I checked that he activated another line for the gadget for 20$ monthly and the first bill was 200$ I said you ripped me off. i said, i want to cancel and return my lines to T-Mobile and got senior plan for 2 lines flat 65.10$. ,One of the managers name was Chris said you can't get back your trading phones we sent to warehouse, then I went to T-Mobile transfered my lines to T-Mobile,then back to Verizon store and tried to return two phones, they said we can't accept phones, only returned 40.40$ back from 580$ of my money I paid. so I called Verizon and they sent me address to send back phones to Verizon company, finally I lost almost 1000$ because I lost two trading phones and 540$ money I paid . They mentioned to us our bill shouldn't be over 190. When we started getting charged it was almost 300 a month for 2 phone lines that are being charged. So we decided to call corporate since this location wasn't of any help with the details. Corporate sounded very confused, my husband was placed on hold many times for them to apologize and give him the option to either keep the lines or cancel them. We said we want to cancel all of them even the free line. Don't charge me anymore. We then proceeded to switch carries since t mobile was of no help. After they cancelled our lines my husband was logged out of the T-Mobile app and could no longer access it. This was in April 2026. Now today, May 10 we noticed there was service on the phone that was supposed to have a free line so we tried to log into our T-Mobile app, it was no available to view any billing. And we called corporate support to figure out the issue. Everyone we have spoken to has not been able to help us cancel this line we were never supposed to have. As we further investigated the phone, it now looks like T mobile switch led the main line to the free services phone so they can charge our card. This is considered fraudulent especially if we said cancel all lines especially the one the is supposed to be free. Cancel all 3 of the lines. There was no clarity from the technical support team that indicates any feedback as to the reason why this is happening. It all started with a deal they sold us on, they never applied the deal so we got charged more. And now since we cancelled the lines, they still switched a phone to an active line upon themselves. And we are wasting a day for stress and credit card charges that were not supposed to be there. If you're thinking about joining T-Mobile, consider try looking somewhere else for phone lines. They just don't make it easy to cancel lines.

I did not want to share that information with him and he just would not stop asking why. He said that Metro was cheaper and I said that all I want to do is cancel my account. He very rudely told me to get out of his store and to never come back!! Then he proceeded to clap his hands when I said that you can bet that I will never come back to that shop ever again. I am 73 years old and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. I still do not know if he canceled my account. The young man worked there around 11:30 am on the 16th. When I called to talk to the owner, he would not put me through to the owner. I wonder if this is the way Metro treats people who cancel their accounts.

I spent more than 40 years working in the tech and wireless industry, (I remember when we had A and…read moreB carriers) including time with Verizon, so I have a very clear understanding of what professional retail customer service should look like. Unfortunately, my experience at your store today was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere in the store felt disengaged. No one greeted customers with a smile, and the overall energy suggested that customer service was not the priority. At the beginning of the interaction, I specifically asked the representative to take my information and run the credit check first so I could understand my credit limit before we proceeded. Instead of doing that upfront, it was done at the very end of the conversation after we had already spent time discussing options. When the result came back with a lower credit limit, that information should have been communicated earlier so we could have structured the conversation around realistic options. What made this more frustrating is that when the credit limit came back lower, the representative offered no alternative solutions outside of Verizon credit. Anyone experienced in this industry understands there are multiple ways to proceed--different device options, deposits, or other structures--but none of that was explored or even suggested. There were also basic communication breakdowns during the interaction. At one point I asked why the process was taking so long and was told the representative had to wait ten minutes for the safe to open. That's perfectly understandable operationally, but that should have been communicated to the customer immediately instead of leaving me wondering why nothing was happening. Additionally, when I asked about adding a new number to an account, the representative attempted to argue that this was not provisioning. After working in this industry for more than four decades, I'm very familiar with how provisioning works, so the tone of that exchange was unnecessary and unprofessional. What concerned me most was the lack of professionalism on the sales floor. The representative appeared more invested in a personal conversation unrelated to work than assisting customers. Then, after a customer left, employees spoke negatively about her within earshot. Customers should never witness employees speaking poorly about other customers. I'm sharing this feedback because I know what well-run stores look like. Today's experience reflected a breakdown in basic customer service fundamentals--clear communication, professionalism, and problem-solving. I hope this feedback helps your team refocus on the level of service customers should expect when they walk into your store. The only thing that made the experience a 2 star is that I got the device I wanted for what I need to do. Otherwise, I felt like I was a nuisance and a waste of their time.
