Despite some minor complications with a name change and ID issues, she found solutions . I left with less anxiety than I came in with.... She knows the process so well you'd think she's in management. My guess is she is. Honestly, AT&T is probably doing better because of people like her. If you ever come across her in this store you'd be lucky. She's knowledgeable, helpful, doesn't overcomplicate things, and focuses on finding solutions not problems. She was also incredibly supportive with her coworker, Francisco, who wasn't as familiar with trade-in appraisals or legal name changes not reflected on your at&t account, etc., She let him handle parts of the process trade in processing while stepping in where needed, striking the perfect balance between guiding and leading. I walked in there were 3 people ahead of me, they took my information and I waited patiently in line for my turn. Side note: My wife and I came last week and Josh was the sales person in charge and refused to help us. He just referred us to the App. Anyway here I am, these morons not only skipped me, they're helping people who came in after me. Then the chick who took my information had the audacity to call me from the back of the store and told me to call 611 for help. This tdidn't have the decency to tell me to my face. So I called and after being on hold for 15 minutes the call dropped. So I just continued to wait. I'm right here and being completely ignored. When I brought it here to CPR, they showed me that it was actually the screen protector and not the actual screen. They quoted me $25 for a new phone protector and offered to put it on for me right there. I was so grateful! When I asked if the other places would know that they said, "Of course, they were trying to take advantage of you!" I had been loyal ever since. The Bad: Fast forward to now (about 10 years later),... I hate to say it but I believe greed has gotten the best of them. I went there a few months ago to repair my iPad screen. It was $260! I went twice last week asking for a quote to submit to insurance both times they took down my information (on a "sticky note") and told me the owner would email or text me a quote within a day or two. I just had a feeling those sticky notes go directly in the trash. Here it is a week (& several follow ups) later and no one has contacted me or knows anything about my previous request(s). My advice,.. pretend you are interested in getting the repair asap, otherwise, I'm quite sure they just throw it in the trash.

He helped with a logic board repair on an M2 MacBook air, and the laptop is working great. He was also able and willing to try a completely different board repair project I had available that most shops wouldn't even be willing to look at. It's truly a breath of fresh air to work with someone who appreciates electronics and is able to save parts that otherwise tend to end up as e-waste. I explained to him that my husband bought my phone from this location and that we always come here for all the repairs on our phones. He evaluated my phone and gave me a price of $125 to fix the screen. He had me fill out a paper agreement for them to fix my phone. The estimated time for the repair was 30-45mins. I walked around the mall for about an hour, just to give them time to get it repaired. Plus, there were a lot of people in line here for repairs and the store is very busy. I came back and my phone is now fixed and ready! I paid them the $125 + tax and a small tip. The lady who works here is very very nice as well. She has a cute rhinestone upper lip piercing and she is super customer service oriented as well as the Wu-Tang shirt man. They have an excellent selection of any phone case for any phone and any cellular watches, just a very great place to be for mobile device products and accessories.
