Absolutely amazing! We have a 12-year-old plasma Puoneer 50" wall mount TV. It started acting glitchy not turning on and the blue light was blinking eight times. Found John from a referral from another repair company! If that doesn't speak volumes then I don't know what does. John came to our home took the TV apart worked on it for a few hours and then realized the issue was a little more complicated. He took the TV, had it for a little over a week and in that time not only repaired it to perfection but the picture seems better than it was when he initially took it! I'll never forget when my roommate answered an ad and picked up a free, broken, big screen TV. This was years ago when big screens were crazy expensive. My husband got our 46" Samsung tv fixed here for so much less than having to buy a new tv. The Samsung is a 2008, and really we should be buying a new one. But right now money is tight. On all the reviews for this model, the capacitors are the ones that go bad. There are even DIY videos of changing out those bad capacitors. But when we opened our tv, we couldn't find any that had gone bad. We looked everywhere. The tv wasn't turning on, and was making a "tic tic" sound. Using Yelp as always, my husband found this gentleman and he fixed it super fast. When he went to pick it up, he handed my husband a bag full of the bad capacitors plus the buttons for the volume, power, channel that are on the side. He changed it all!
