Once again shout out to Nick! I dropped my phone, damaged the screen, case and camera lense covers. I really thought I had done it this time, however the actual phone survived unscathed. Nick could have told me it needed radical repairs, however he is extremely honest, professional, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and there really aren't enough positive adjectives to describe him! We went in on 12/20. My husband's phone died. We went to Verizon to get a new one and hopefully get his pictures and contacts transferred over from his old phone. The young man at Verizon told us to go to CPR and see if they could help get the old phone turned back on. So, we did. Nick was extremely helpful. And he got the phone (that we thought was beyond hope) turned back on!! Then he told us to go get the new phone and get the pictures/contacts transferred over ASAP before the phone shut down for good. Thank you, Nick!!! Update from my previous review. So someone followed through and called me to let me know that my battery was ready! I was grateful for that. I came in on Saturday. I was confused when the man told me they dont do battery replacements and that I didn't have an appointment. I think its a miscommunication because he later said Allstate insurance allows battery replacements and the 3 times I was on the phone with staff never mentioned required appointments. There was also a debate on whether or not the "Find my iPhone" was disabled. Overall, the entire process was easy. I was in their system and it was a simple drop off and pick up. The replacement was on time. It took about 1.25 hours for my battery replacement. My phone charged up fine and everything works great. I dont notice anything wrong and I felt the service done on the phone was great. We spoke briefly about my initial negative review and I think he told me to remove it. That was weird. I told him I would update it and that last comment left a bad impression. I was stuck on giving this place between 3-4 starts but overall, I am happy with their work on my phone and I prefer to focus on that. I do notice the rating difference between this location and other CPR locations and hope this location is able to follow the business practices of the other locations that gives them higher ratings. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure if you can give 0 stars. I would if I could. I took my Apple Watch here back in July of 2024. They charged me $150 to fix a cracked Apple Watch screen. When I got my watch back, I took it in the pool (on water mode) and it immediately stopped working. When I took a closer look at my watch, I noticed the screen was not correctly sealed and I could pop it in and out of the watch face. I called the CPR store to see what they could do. At first, when I called, they said they would speak to the technician that fixed my watch and get back to me. After not hearing back from them for a week, I called again. They did not answer. I kept calling and calling for 2-3 days with no luck. I also left multiple voicemails. Finally, I decided to call from a friend's phone just to see if they were dodging my number and they answered. The guy on the phone denied dodging my phone calls but ADMITTED THAT THE REPAIR WAS PROBABLY DONE INCORRECTLY which is what most likely led to the water damage. Then he continued to say that the store was not liable for the damage and hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager. I tried to dispute the transaction with my bank, but because the store uses Square for their transactions, my bank could not dispute it. Please do not give them your business. Communication and service is the key to success of a business in my belief. I broke front and back screen of my i12 pro max and got two quotes to fix it. One was from CPR. While at both locations I clearly voiced that I already bought another phone, i13, and wanted my broken phone to be repaired as I was goi g to sell it and make up for my loses. One other place gave me a quote of 380 for front AND back screens, CPR to my understanding said the same work would cost me 325. I could not imagine that I wasn't clear enough about what I wanted to do and put my phone for sale after the repair if everything works as it should. Few day later they called to pick it up, I came back and found that back glass was the same old broken one. I asked why it was not replaced, and received answer that it was miscommunication and was shown computer screen where THEY MADE NOTES FOR THEM SELF,... Was offered to pay another 220.00,.. I did say that I've gave them this repair only because the "same" work was only 50 more where back was included. Back glass it self cost 15-17 dollars on Amazon.. but I only heard mumble about communication flaw and that's where I paid the rest of my charge, cut my loss and left as no other solution was seemingly to be offered. If you do choose this location make sure to clearly specify work you want and absolutely get it in writing. In my opinion this is a business doomed to fail if they continue to miss communicate and offer no solutions to any problem that arises. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR PHONE REPAIRS. I took my phone in for a screen replacement and they "fixed" the first time with a large green line down the right-hand side of the screen. They indicated they would repair it at their cost after the part arrived. The part arrived and they honored that repair. A day later I have multiple purple lines down the left-hand side of my screen from top to bottom. After they called the owner (Ravi) and he said that "because the device was in my possession they could not honor their warranty". the warranty clearly states they don't support water or physical damage, neither of these was the cause of the problem. I plan on taking them to small claims court and recovering my $380. After seeing the other reviews on the place it's clear the owner is not honorable and does not stand by his work. read more

My Nintendo Switch's battery went bad so I took it here on December 28th. I payed the down payment which was a bit pricey but I was desperate to get my Animal Crossing save data back. This was before cloud storage and migrating accounts. It takes a while for them to get the battery in but I can't blame them because Covid has slowed down postage. Fast forward two weeks with no reply and I call to see what is up and they let me know that they are backed up and cant get to my Switch until the next day. Fast forward two days and no response. I try calling but go to voice mail three times. I check their hours and they are open so I swing by to make sure it wasnt a phone thing and I find a note on the door that says "be back in 5 minutes" so I wait for a half an hour and nobody comes. The door is locked but the lights are on and there's the covid check in table pushed up to the front door so I'm pretty sure someone was in there. I leave and come back the next day and have to wait an hour after their listed opening time on both their door and website before someone shows up. The owner finally shows up and tells me that the mother board is broken and someone was supposed to call me, but he was unsure of whether the guy working on it would come in that day and he would have him call me the next day, so I leave, and never get a reply. I've tried to get in contact since but my phone calls are ignored or never returned and the door is always locked with a posted notice of "be back in 5 minutes" or "gone for the week", but there isn't much truth to those signs because they stay up way longer than the time posted would leave you to believe. TL;DR: I took my Switch in for a new battery and close to 3 months later, I still don't have it back, I'm down $70 bucks, the one time I could reach somebody, they told me it might be dead for good, and other than that, I can never reach anybody. 0/10 would never recomend read more
