He then opened a replacement charger box from his shelf - unfortunately none of the plugs were the right size. He pondered and then said: Samsung is a 12 volt product, I have an idea. Went in the back and came back with another charger. He set it to 12 volts and this one also had a small enough plug. Stuck the charger plug in and tried to turn on the Chromebook. No luck and I was about to give up. Jonathan said: Take your time - the battery needs a few minutes!" Sure enough - the Chromebook was working again. Customer Service above and beyond! Local Business! - Give them all the business you can, I will!

To get an idea of price I saw a fridge for about $1200 (open box) vs one I saw at IKEA the same day for $3,400 (brand new). Another price comparison would be an open box PlayStation Portal was $179 vs a brand new one at Walmart was $250. So some prices could be worth it here but I see other reviews stating the difference wasn't even worth the drive there. If I am ever needing an appliance and can't afford brand new I may consider coming here again to compare pricing but otherwise I would likely not return.

They were awesome to work with, and quite funny/entertaining throughout the process, from quote generation all the way to finishing the job. He was able to reply to my request for a quote very quickly, in fact Ben actually managed to come to my house to check out the space where I wanted everything installed THE SAME DAY I REQUESTED THE QUOTE. When we first spoke, he was very friendly and not pushy, like most sales people can be (I should know, I'm a salesman). Instead he asked lots of questions to figure out what I wanted to get out of my entertainment system and what type of budget I felt I was working with --- he didn't push me in any particular direction to try and sell the most expensive items. After providing him with all of this information, we came to discover that we both liked the same brands, so he suggested a very nice package for me, and then gave me options to choose from, while also explaining (with very great detail and a genuine interest/excitement) the differences of each option simple enough for me (not an audio/video wizard) to comprehend. Once I received the quote, I did a quick check online for every piece/part he suggested and quickly found that he wasn't trying to rip me off (AWESOME). Once we agreed on a quote he was able to quickly get the job done in the time he said he would do it. Once they finished the indoor job and did such a great job, I went back to him and asked him to install speakers outside around my pool --- THEY ARE AMAZING AND A TOTAL GAME CHANGER FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ENTERTAIN POOLSIDE. The only negative thing I would say about this whole experience is now I will never leave my house, because my home entertainment system is amazing --- actually when Ben ran the audio test the first time after installation, I teared up a little because I was so excited to hear this insanely awesome sound system I had been wanting since I was a little kid. They repaired my phone within 2 hours and I had it back the same day, but when I got home I noticed in my settings that it said the glass wasn't configured with my phone and it couldn't be done because I was on the iOS beta program which was stopping it. So I brought it back and they tried updating it in all the ways they could but unfortunately it couldn't be done. So they ordered another back glass for me free of charge, and decided to re-do the repair. Geek Squad Specialist DC helped me through the entire process and didn't stop helping me until my phone was fully fixed and updated. Amazing customer service from him.
