The last three times I've been in there, they've told me that they don't have any replacement screen protectors available and that they're getting a shipment next week (three weeks in a row). I have the iPhone Pro Max 16, which is the newest model at the time of writing this. It's baffling to me that they don't have proper inventory for what should be a common item. I asked, "What if a new customer wanted to buy a screen protector today? Would they just be out of luck?" The employee said they have new screen protectors for my phone, but they're different from the warranty replacements. So, even if you did get the replacement, it's likely going to be a lower quality product than the one you bought at first. Just buy one on Amazon for like $10, you could replace it that way 5 times for the same price.

Two employees tried to help me when I was there the first time but the store was getting busy and i was asked if I could finish setting it up at home. I could not get a receipt for the purchase of the Watch or the accessories that I also purchased , because I was told the printer was down. I was told I would get the receipt via email . I never received the receipts . Today , a day later, I still can't get the Watch to work. I bring it back to the store. A Young girl just starting out asked another employee working for help. The employee came over dressed very sloppy and never introduced herself and had an attitude from the start . Very unprofessional. An hour goes by they can still not get the Watch to work. I suggest maybe it's the Sims card they try that still can't get it to work. She was also on the phone with I believe another store trying to get the Watch to work in between walking away. The incompetency with this employee is over the top. They should not employ anyone that does not know what they are doing. Better training and acknowledgment of the product is desperately needed. Very inconvenient to the customer. Some more time passed and I suggest maybe it's the watch itself maybe there's a defect with the watch possibly. Now I am asked if I have a receipt. I explained I do not printer was down and one was not emailed to me as promised. She basically told me no receipt no service. As you can imagine, I was very upset at this point . She put everything back into the original box and told me to call customer service and leave "her" store! How are you going to send a customer away one that has been with T-Mobile over 30 years, with a Watch that was purchased at that store that doesn't work?! I asked for her name she refused to give it. I asked what the manager's name was and phone number she refused to give it. I asked her what the corporate number of T-Mobile would be, and she refused to give it . I found out on my own through another local T Mobile Store that The employee's name is Christina. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and if it is individually owned definitely the Better Business Bureau. The manager's name is Lennon. I received his phone number as well . I called several times and He did not pick up. I left a voicemail and He did not return my call. Very bad customer service. The T-Mobile store not a mile down the road fixed my watch within three minutes. The lack of training and incompetency of this employee should be reevaluated.

Left the store and signed no documents. The next day to my surprise i got a text from T-Mobile thanking me for opening an additional line. This T-Mobile store had gone ahead and opened an additional line on my account without my permission. I contacted T-Mobile, stated my issue and they cancelled the line immediately. Fast forward 2 months later i upgraded my phone and added a second line at a corporate T-Mobile store without issues. After 2 days of having the new phones l started having issues with the volume on one and the screen freezing on the other. I contacted T-Mobile via phone and they transferred me to Apple for additional trouble-shooting. When the Apple rep was unable to remedy the issues with the volume and freezing, he suggested i take the phones to a T-Mobile store for an exchange. I had 15 days to exchange the phones. Against my better judgment l again visited this T-Mobile location, what a mistake. Rick an older gentleman greeted me, i explained my situation. He seemed a little reluctant and kept asking if i was sure that the phones were having issues. He kept finding excuses and after about 10 minutes i got annoyed and told him to keep his suggestions i wanted to exchange the phones. Rick then went and consulted with John who came over and again gave me the run around. When i asked if he was the Manager he ignored me the first time when i asked again he walked off. I addressed "John" which was what his name tag said and for the third time i asked if he was the manager he rudely said "I guess". In my opinion they didn't want to exchange the phone and it was their hope that i would get fed up and walk out. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a manager. Rick was totally clueless and it was clear that he did not know what he was doing. John the manager was unprofessional and even less helpful. The process of exchanging 2 new phones took him almost 2 hours. He couldn't figure out how to even turn on the new phone. Simple questions regarding syncing my stored info he said he didn't know. Most of the 2 hours spent at the store l was figuring out how to set up the new phones myself. Rick kept going back and forth to John to inquire about everything. 3 days later l contacted T-Mobile customer care regarding an unrelated issue. While going over my account l was notified that an additional service plan was added to my account. So l had 3 service plan for only 2 phones. When l inquire when the 3rd service plan was added low and behold it was the day l visited this location and was helped by clueless RICK. I will and would not recommend this T-MOBILE location. If you are not vigilant, you will end up with some unauthorized service added to your account without your permission and knowledge......fraud alert for this location.

That's what separates the fly-by-nights from businesses which have been around for 30+ years. I recently damaged my flatscreen 32" LED TV, which is only a year old. Rather than buy another new one, I figured I'd try getting this one repaired. I called Mcvey Electronics twice around lunchtime, got an answering machine both times, and didn't leave a message. He took the initiative to call me back anyway, seeing that I had called, to see if he could help me with anything. Try getting Walmart or another big business to call you back. That shows quality, personable service. I spoke with the gentleman regarding the problem with my TV and explained that there was an impact strike beneath the LED screen. He was honest and up front, explaining that I could buy a new TV for around the same price it'd cost to repair this one. He could've attempted to repair it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to give me honest advice - and probably cost himself a repair job in the meantime. I am an electronics and radio enthusiast. I'll use Mcvey Electronics for any repair work that I ever need done, simply because his response time was fast and because he had the integrity to save me from a costly repair.
